(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in Seattle held a rally at Westlake Park, located in the city center, on August 13, 2022, They celebrated the 400 million Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations.
The Seattle Service Center for Quitting the CCP representative, Ms. Chen, started off her speech by paying her respects to the 400 million Chinese people who have quit the CCP, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers.
She said, “The evil CCP has been deceiving the Chinese people with lies and suppressing the Chinese people with violence ever since it came to power. This is especially true in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, who have followed the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance for the past more than 20 years.”
Ms. Chen from the Seattle Service Center for quitting the CCP, delivers her speech at the rally to celebrate the quitting of the CCP organizations by 400 million Chinese people.

Ms. Chen also said, “In November 2004, The Epoch Times published an editorial series the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. It thoroughly exposed the CCP’s evil nature and its campaigns against tradition and humanity. The Chinese people have thus started to spread and deliver the Nine Commentaries. This inspired spiritual awakening has led to a big wave of people quitting the CCP and its affiliates.”
She continued, “On the other hand, the volunteers for ‘Quitting the CCP’ in China and throughout the world risk their lives, withstand huge pressure and do their utmost to spread the Nine Commentaries using all sorts of methods. They patiently persuade people to quit the CCP and its youth organizations. They are hoping to save the precious Chinese people from danger and awaken their conscience. They can thus courageously stand up and break away from the CCP.
“At this critical historical turning point, 400 million Chinese people have made their wise choice, abandoned the CCP, and severed their ties with the murderous devil. This is a feat in the history of the Chinese nation, and even that of the world.”
Ms. Chen called for more Chinese people to join in the wave of quitting the CCP and its youth organizations. Many passers-by inquired about issues that are related to quitting the CCP.
After the rally, volunteers for the Service Center for Quitting the CCP in Seattle continued to clarify the truth about quitting the CCP to many passers-by. After learning that the CCP harvests organs from Falun Gong practitioners while they are still alive, a tourist from Germany was shocked and said, “There is actually such a thing happening in the world! The CCP is too inhumane. Thank you for telling me that such things are actually going on in China. I will tell my family and friends about this.”
Another woman, who works in Seattle, said, after listening to the truth clarification, “I know that the Communist Party is not good, but I did not expect that the Chinese Communist Party is even worse. It can do such despicable things and harvest people’s organs although they are still alive. This Party should be eliminated! Four hundred million people quitting the CCP is not a small figure. I support your efforts to persuade people to quit the CCP.”
