(Minghui.org) Practitioners participated in the opening parade of the 2023 Tlaxcala Fair on October 26, 2023. They were warmly greeted and applauded along the parade route as they demonstrated the Falun Dafa exercises and raised awareness of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s persecution.
Tlaxcala City is the capital of the state of Tlaxcala and is located in the center of Mexico. Practitioners from Tlaxcala, Puebla and other cities of Mexico participated in the popular event. The streets were lined with thousands of people, and many accepted fliers about Falun Dafa.
Along with demonstrating the exercises, practitioners carried banners reading “Falun Dafa in Mexico” and other messages. People talked with practitioners and learned that since 1999, thousands of practitioners in China were killed during the CCP’s persecution simply because they followed the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. They are harassed, imprisoned, and murdered for their organs which are sold for transplant.

Many people said this was the first time that they had heard of Falun Dafa. When they saw photos of practitioners who were tortured to death by the CCP, they wished to learn more about the spiritual practice and the persecution in China.
