(Minghui.org) In the blink of an eye, another year has passed. Thinking back over my cultivation process, although earth shattering changes have happened in the human world, I have remained steadfast in my righteous thoughts and always do the three things that Dafa practitioners are supposed to do well to keep up with the progress of Master's Fa-rectification.
I arrange my schedule tightly every day. Apart from Fa study, practicing the exercises, sending forth righteous thoughts, having meals and sleeping, my remaining time is used on projects to clarify the truth. Looking back over my cultivation experiences from the past year, I wish to report to Master and also share my cultivation experiences of doing the three things with fellow practitioners.
Placing Importance on Righteous Thoughts
I have never missed any of the four fixed times to send righteous thoughts. But were there any results from sending righteous thoughts? Below I will share two of my experiences.
After the sound of the gong for sending forth righteous thoughts went off, as I was cleaning my own dimensional field, a big skull suddenly appeared in my dimensional field. It had two rows of long, white teeth, and it was staring at the earth with its big eyes. I erected my palm and looked at the skull with full concentration as I sent out a strong mie (annihilate) word. The two rows of long and white teeth on the skull suddenly disappeared. The skull then closed its mouth and disappeared. This shocked me. Master let me experience the strong power of sending forth righteous thoughts. At the same time, this also made me recall the fearful result of having insufficient righteous thoughts.
I was walking in the backyard once when I saw a lot of moss on the steps. In my mind, a thought warned me: be careful, don’t slip. This unrighteous thought had just emerged when I slipped and fell flat on my back. I had dark bruises appear on several parts of my body.
These two incidents helped me understand that Dafa practitioners’ righteous thoughts are very powerful. But if our righteous thoughts are insufficient, it is akin to taking that fall. So we must send righteous thoughts with full concentration. Only then can we get rid of the evil interference in other dimensions and minimize unnecessary troubles.
Studying the Fa, Correcting the Exercise Movements
I had a great sense of satisfaction when I studied the Fa more in the past. As the Fa rectification process has progressed vigorously, I have gained a deeper understanding about studying the Fa. My understanding is different from before. When I studied the Fa, I always wanted to have every word of the Fa engraved deep inside my mind. If I made a mistake or miss a word, I would feel very sad and blame myself. When I study the Fa now, I can concentrate better. Some of my notions have changed and been corrected based on the Fa.
My personal understanding is that studying the Fa with full concentration is a form of respecting Dafa. Only this way can we understand the deeper meaning of Dafa and experience the power that Dafa bestows on us. Only Dafa can change people. So we must be serious and fully concentrate when we study the Fa. Only then can the sacredness of Dafa be displayed to us. When I practice the exercises, I require my movements to be correct, and my energy has been getting stronger and stronger. This is especially true when I am practicing the third exercise. The strong energy goes all the way from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. It feels very comfortable and I can feel changes in my body.
Always Remembering Our Mission, Clarifying the Truth and Saving Sentient Beings
I had always felt that I was not as good as other practitioners with respect to clarifying the truth, because I don’t like to speak. When I realized that this was an attachment that was impeding me from saving people, I strengthened my righteous thoughts to get rid of the attachment so that I could follow Master home.
My current state is tremendously different from the first time that I made truth-clarification phone calls on the global life-saving platform. Initially, when I clarified the truth to people in mainstream society, I felt very nervous and my mind was at a loss.
Now, when I think of how lucky I am to be able to become Master’s disciple, the sense of mission wins over the fear and difficulties. I remind myself that I must open my mouth to clarify the truth instead of relying on playing prerecorded broadcasts.
In the initial stages, I kept reading from the scripts and I felt that the results for saving people were not ideal. After I started having breakthroughs in my Fa study, I gained deeper understandings of the Fa principles. Gradually, my confidence in clarifying the truth grew and I no longer felt frightened when I clarified the truth.
I remember once I made a call for a case that we were following up on, and an officer of the Tanggu Public Security Bureau of Tianjin City by the surname Wang picked up the phone. He listened to recordings for 34 minutes 40 seconds, 9 minutes 4 seconds and 14 minutes 6 seconds long. Apart from playing him the information from the website to overcome the firewall and a recording about the awakening of the political and legal officials, I clarified the truth directly for the remaining time. There was also mutual communication between us. When I asked him to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations, because there was always the sound of colleagues walking by, he might have wanted to protect himself and could have been scared, so he said, “I fully understood. I didn’t join anything.” He then said to me, “I have three colleagues who do not understand the truth. Please talk to them too.” He gave me the numbers for those three colleagues. I was touched. I was happy that he understood the truth and had awakened. His awakening would also help the people around him benefit. In my heart, I warned myself that no matter whether the other party picks up or not when I make the call, the ringing of the call is the beginning of transmission of the truth. They know that the call is made by Falun Dafa practitioners so the ringing will alarm them.
The process of making phone calls to save people is also a process of putting my cultivation into practice. I always remember Master’s teaching,
“When someone is placed before you, there isn’t a choice—you’re wrong if you become selective in terms of saving people. As long as he is someone you run into, you should save him, regardless of his position or social status, or whether he be the president or a beggar. In the eyes of gods, beings are equal. Social status is just a distinction made in human society. ” (“What a Dafa Disciple Is,” Collected Teachings Given Around the World Volume XI)
Master’s Fa inspired me greatly and has given me great encouragement. I often tell myself in my heart that only Master’s Fa can do everything. I must study the Fa seriously and study the Fa more. This state will give me full confidence in whatever I do, and my cultivation level will keep improving.
Apart from making truth clarification phone calls every day, I do not dare be lazy during the remaining time. I’ve made use of the remaining time to save more people by joining a project to clarify the truth by sending messages. The current CCP is all jittery and in a besieged state. Its information censorship over the network is so strong that sending truth-clarification messages is difficult. There is always a risk that our numbers will be blocked or our chat groups will be closed down. This sometimes made me feel tired and uncomfortable. But when I saw the responses from sentient beings who had understood the truth, I felt comforted and that all that time spent was not wasted.
I am busy with truth-clarification projects, and have often neglected caring for my family members. My husband sometimes said sarcastically, “You are even more busy than the President.” I was ashamed about not balancing my family relationships well and neglecting him. To help him understand me, sometimes after dinner, I will accompany him to the beach for a walk. But I will not miss any chances to save people.
I will bring along many types of truth-clarification materials and distribute them to the people I meet during the walk. When I meet people, I will clarify the truth to them and persuade them to quit the CCP and its youth organizations. Some Chinese children have accepted the truth-clarification materials and then said, “Ganjing World is very good.” I see that many sentient beings are awakening, and I know that Master is benevolent and is encouraging me, letting me see that this is the result of Dafa practitioners’ relentless efforts to clarify the truth.
Master taught us,
“The Fa’s rectification of the Cosmos has finished, and now a transition to the Fa’s rectification of the human world is taking place.” (“Wake Up”)
The whole world’s structure is changing greatly, but I will not slack off in the three things that Master requires of us. I will follow Master’s Fa rectification process closely, do the three things well, assist Master in Fa rectification, and attain consummation and follow Master home.
The above are some of my enlightening from cultivation over the past year that I wanted to share with fellow practitioners. Kindly correct me if there is any room for improvement.
