(Minghui.org) I was very worried when the COVID outbreak happened. So many people still did not understand the truth about the persecution. We asked ourselves, “What should we do?” I finished distributing half of the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party and The Ultimate Goal of Communism in my village the day before it was put under lockdown.
I got on my electric bike after sending righteous thoughts early in the morning when the lockdown would become effective after 8 a.m. I put two boxes of pamphlets on the footrest and a bag in the basket and took off. Because the road was icy and slippery, I fell. The bike, my books, and I all landed in a heap. I panicked a little, afraid that people might recognize me. I loaded my things back onto the bike and distributed the rest of the books before 8:00 a.m. Although it was cold, I felt warm in my heart.
I typically went to the market to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa, but it was closed during the pandemic. I could not wait at home. They installed surveillance cameras everywhere in my small district. I sent forth righteous thoughts and asked Master for help. There are 28 buildings in this small district. I distributed the materials one building at a time and finished two-thirds of them in just a few days.
The lockdown was relaxed and we were able to exit and enter the gate from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m., and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. I went out with pamphlets and posters on my bicycle at 9:30 a.m.. Almost everyone was receptive and I was able to get 20 to 30 people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) or its youth organizations. I put up posters on big streets and small alleys when no one was around. I also put them up on the sides of major highways. I told other practitioners that they needed to come out to help save people and should not stay at home.
Some practitioners suggested that we spread the truth about the pandemic over the whole city. We finished our own villages, but there were some villages where no practitioners lived. I decided I would go there.
It was summer, and few people were outside around noon. I took 200 brochures with me. Fellow practitioners helped prepare the materials for me. We cooperated well and distributed brochures in over 70 villages.
I don’t select locations—I just go to markets, villages, roadside, streets, or parks. I feel bad if I don’t help at least 30 people quit the CCP organizations each day.
As soon as I began talking to three men, one of them said, “Why don’t you give the pamphlets to me? I’ll help you distribute them. People no longer trust the CCP. They all trust Falun Dafa.” I gave him five copies. He thought that wasn’t enough and asked me to bring more.
Once I said to a government official, “No matter how high your position is, it is not as good as having one’s family safe in the pandemic.
“Everyone has heard of prime minister Liu Bowen in the Ming Dynasty. He was a prophet. In one of his books he predicted this pandemic and said that good people would come to rescue others. Falun Dafa practitioners are telling people that three words, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, can help you. Falun Dafa is practiced in over a 100 nations by over a hundred million people. Please remember and say, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ when facing the pandemic, and you will be safe.” He nodded his head and smiled.
I went on, “You are an intelligent person. We Chinese have gone through all the CCP’s political campaigns, from overthrowing landlords to overthrowing capitalists and anti-rightists, the Cultural Revolution, June 4th, and now the persecution of Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa). The CCP keeps overthrowing and reinstating people. The Party has persecuted 80 million people to death during these movements. The persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners who follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is the worst. Heaven will not forgive the Party. The pandemic is targeting it. People are dying in this pandemic. Please quit any CCP organizations you joined.” He quit the CCP organizations.
I gave a 70-year-old man a disc with the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party and other information on it. The next time I saw him, he told me how much he liked it and listened to it every day. He said many government officials liked to listen, too. About five people were sitting next to us. Hearing what we were saying they also wanted the discs and quit the CCP. The old man said he was going to see his son in a few days and wanted me to give him a few more discs.
I met a police officer at the market. I said, “Officer, I know your position by your uniform. Your family’s safety during the pandemic is the most important no matter what department you work in.” He nodded and agreed to quit the CCP after I told him the facts about Falun Dafa.
I met a retired man in the market. He agreed to quit the CCP organizations after I explained why the persecution of Falun Dafa was wrong. I gave him a brochure. He followed the instructions on it and recited, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
He had problems with his neck. When he saw me again, he said excitedly, “I am lucky to have met you. I had neck problems that had bothered me for over 20 years and none of the big hospitals could not cure it. I recited ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and it was fine. I also advised my neighbor who had similar problems to do the same. He badmouthed Falun Dafa and then got sick.” I suggested he tell his friends and family about his experience. He said, “Absolutely.”
I met a practitioner and her husband in a market. She had been slacking off in her cultivation. I talked with her for a while and invited her to meet with me again and I would show her how to tell people about the persecution. She came and listened to me talk to people for an hour. She was able to do it by herself afterward and has been talking to people ever since.
Master said,
“The final hour by which a Dafa disciple must have fulfilled his mission is imminent. Think about where you want to end up, and do what is in your best interest! While in this world, a Dafa disciple is to do well in spiritually developing himself and fulfilling his historic mission of helping me to save people. The very reason that human society still exists today is so that Dafa may save people. It’s about time you woke up, isn’t it?!” (“A Strong and Urgent Warning”)
Hurry up, fellow practitioners! I know a practitioner who has been going to the market to tell people facts about Dafa for over 10 years. Her two granddaughters were brought up by her in the market. She is there whatever the weather. She also helps other practitioners to fulfill their mission.
Another practitioner has a bedridden husband and two granddaughters to take care of. Her son and daughter-in-law work out of town, and she takes care of 12 acres of land as well. She distributes 100 brochures every week.
I still have many deficiencies in my cultivation. And have many attachments. I am still indoctrinated by the CCP and know I have to let go. Thank you, Master, for protecting me and for fellow practitioners’ help so that I could endure all the tribulations I had to face.
