(Minghui.org) To celebrate the May 13th World Falun Dafa Day, Austrian Falun Dafa practitioners held several Dafa Information Days in Vienna, St. Palten, Baden, Salzburg, Graz and other major cities. Many local citizens and tourists thanked Falun Dafa practitioners for sharing their cultivation practice and exposing the persecution in China, and many signed petitions to support practitioners’ effort to end the persecution.

As usual, the information day attracted many passersby, some drawn by the exercise demonstrations, others shocked by the cruel persecution of Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) practitioners in China. Practitioners distributed fliers and answered many questions from passsersby. Towards the end of the event, many people signed a petition to be presented to the federal government, calling for help to stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

Citizen of St. Palten: Now I Have Positive Energy
At the practitioners’ event in St. Palten on May 6, 2023, many people came to the Falun Dafa booth and signed a petition opposing the persecution and forced organ harvesting in China.
Passersby received Falun Dafa leaflets and signed petitions.
After watching the exercises, a woman expressed interest and wanted to learn them. An elderly Jehovah’s Witness believer said, “Satan is ruling China. The world is at its worst, and the situation in China is the most terrible. But, I believe God will intervene. Other Jehovah’s Witnesses who have been to China told me that people in China are good. They are people who are oppressed by the Chinese government.”
A woman was happy to receive a paper lotus flower from practitioners. “Now I have positive energy,” she said. At the end of the event, a professor of mathematics and ethics said to practitioners, “I am happy to see you here. One of my Chinese friends sent me pictures of the booth, so I came over to talk to you.”
People in Baden: You Are Doing A Great Job. Please Keep Going
Josefplatz in the center of Vienna’s Baden is a busy place for weekend shopping. Many people stopped by the Falun Dafa booth on May 10.

Many people saw the information about the CCP’s live organ harvesting on the display board, and wanted to know more about the issue. Some people said that they had not heard of it before. A woman from a former communist country talked for a long time with practitioners. She was very interested in the teachings of Falun Dafa, and finally she bought Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa. A man said, “You guys are doing a great job, please keep going.”
Salzburg Citizens: Thank You for Coming Forward
It rained that day in Salzburg, but stopped during the Falun Dafa event. The event was held in the old market. Many passers-by were stunned to see the display board about the CCP’s live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, and signed the petition opposing the persecution.

Some people said that it is decided by heaven that good and evil are dealt with in kind, and the CCP’s atrocities will definitely be punished by God. A nun was very moved when she was told about the Dafa principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She said, “Thank you for coming forward.” Another person said, “It's nice to have you here! Good wins over evil!”
The Citizens of Graz Love Falun Dafa
Many lovers of art and music gathered on Mariahilfer Square on Thursday, May 4. Falun Dafa practitioners demonstrated the exercises, and invited the audience to do the exercises with them. A photography team for a neighborhood festival took videos and photos of the exercise demonstrations.

A man said that he had a Falun Gong book, and that he and his seven-year-old son have been practicing Falun Dafa. When he heard that there was a practice site in the city park, he decided that they would visit the site this week.
A man from Denmark has just arrived in Graz. He watched the exercise demonstration with interest. It turns out that he works in Shanghai and can speak Chinese. A Chinese practitioner briefed him on Falun Dafa and the persecution in China. The man said that he had not heard of Falun Dafa or the persecution before. Later, he learned the first set of exercises, and had a photo taken with Falun Dafa practitioners.
