(Minghui.org) Two senior Senators from Texas, John Cornyn and Ted Cruz, sent congratulatory letters to the Southern Falun Dafa Association. They praised Falun Dafa for its contributions to the community, thanked Falun Dafa practitioners for sharing their traditions with the people of Texas, and praised practitioners for their perseverance in the face of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution. May 13, 2023, was the 31st anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction and the 24th World Falun Dafa Day.

I applaud each of you for sharing the illustrious history and rich culture of China as well as drawing attention to the violence and persecution the country has endured. Falun Dafa practitioners have continued to demonstrate the determination and courage to stand up for Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. As we mark this period, let us always remember the challenges China has to overcome and those that remain to be faced.”
