1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Sun Xiaoming Facing Trial

1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Sun Xiaoming Facing Trial
Mr. Sun Xiaoming from Hongshan District and his wife Ms. Zhang Fengxia were scheduled to appear in the Hongshan District Court on October 11, 2024. The trial was canceled because Ms. Zhang didn’t show up. A separate session for Mr. Sun has been scheduled for October 28, 2024.
2. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Ms. Zuo Xiuyun Faces Indictment and Mr. He Pengfei Faces Trial
Ms. Zuo Xiuyun is facing indictment after her case was submitted to the Mingqing County Procuratorate by the Fuzhou City Police Department.
Mr. He Pengfei has been indicted and is facing trial by the Mingqing County Court.
3. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Ms. Tang Jingming Placed Under Residential Detention
Ms. Tang Jingming was harassed at home by three plainclothes officers from the Qixin Police Station on September 4, 2024. They carried a body camera and confiscated some books and a sticker. Ms. Tang was placed under residential detention for 15 days.
4. [Shanghai] Ms. Xu Nixia Placed Under Residential Surveillance Again
Ms. Xu Nixia was placed under residential surveillance again from September 29 to October 7, 2024. Her landlord was pressed by the Baoshan District Political and Legal Affairs Committee and the local neighborhood committee to evict her.
5. [Chongqing] Ms. Li Shujun Harassed
Ms. Li Shujun was harassed at home by five people, including Tai Baijun from Yubei District Police Department and others from the local community office on October 22. They confiscated Falun Gong books and some informational materials about Falun Gong, and took some photos of her.
