(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 5 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 13 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
1. [Yuncheng County, Shandong Province] Six Practitioners Facing Trial2. [Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fu’s Home Ransacked3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested4. 1. [Yuncheng County, Shandong Province] Six Practitioners Facing Trial
Six practitioners were scheduled to stand trial in the Yuncheng County Court on December 9, 2024. They are Cui Jun, Xia Ruiying, Zhu Lingdian, Jia Suqin, Fan Airong, and Hou Yuchun.
2. [Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fu’s Home Ransacked
Ms. Fu, an elderly practitioner, had her home ransacked by officers of the Mishan City First Police Station on November 23, 2024.
3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Yang Yanzhi and Ms. Li Shuyan from Caofeidian District were arrested when they talked to people about Falun Gong at Tanghai Town Market on December 6, 2024. Ms. Li was released that day. Ms. Yang was detained for ten days.
Mr. Zhang Shoujun from Qiannihe Village of Rengezhuang Town in Fengrun District, was recently arrested at Magezhuang Market for talking to people about Falun Gong. His home was ransacked.
4. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tang Sulan and Ms. Chen Yao Harassed
Ms. Tang Sulan was harassed at home by officers including Luo Shuai from the Hongyan Town Police Station on December 2, 2024. They took some photos of her.
Ms. Chen Yao from Shiying Village of Junle Town was harassed at home by two police officers on December 2, 2024. They also took photos of her.
5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Fengmei Arrested and Detained
Ms. Liu Fengmei was arrested by officers from the Heping District Police Department on the morning of March 21, 2024. Her home was ransacked. She was detained for 15 days and released on April 5, 2024.
