(Minghui.org) After reading the article, “Please Pay Attention to Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts,” I also wanted to share my own experiences of sending forth righteous thoughts with fellow practitioners.
During normal times, I place great emphasis on sending forth righteous thoughts. Apart from the four fixed times to send forth righteous thoughts, I also send forth righteous thoughts in the evening at 7 p.m., 8 p.m., and 9 p.m. to eliminate all the evil beings and elements in other dimensions that are within our region and the surrounding regions. I also send forth righteous thoughts in the daytime to get rid of all the evil beings and elements behind the public security bureau, the Procuratorate, law departments, Domestic Security Bureau, 610 Office, police stations, prisons, and detention centers in the province, cities, and counties, whenever I have time. I send forth righteous thoughts at least ten times a day. Sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I send forth righteous thoughts. If I wake up again, I will practice the exercises.
I thought, “Master wants us to do the three things well. Since sending forth righteous thoughts is one of them, we should listen to Master and send forth more righteous thoughts and do it well, so that we will not be disturbed by foreign messages and evil disturbances, and our path of cultivation can be a smooth one.” Of course, studying the Fa is most important because our righteous thoughts come from good Fa study!
I do not have any supernatural abilities to see other dimensions. Once, at 8 a.m., I sat in the full lotus position to get ready to send forth righteous thoughts, and wondered how great the effect would be to send forth righteous thoughts so many times every day. I immediately realized that having this thought was a display of not believing in Master and the Fa. I corrected my thoughts, thinking, “These are not my true thoughts and I do not want you. I will just do what I should do.”
After cleansing myself for ten minutes, I erected my palm to eradicate all evil in other dimensions that damages Dafa, disintegrate all the dark minions and rotten demons, destroy all elements of the communist evil specter and all of its evil factors of the Chinese Communist Party in other dimensions, and also to get rid of all the evil beings and situations that are disturbing Dafa practitioners’ cultivation, validating of the Fa, and saving of sentient beings. After that, I recite the Fa-rectification verses.
Just as I finished reciting the last word, I saw a whole swarm of insects die in front of my eyes. It was a very large swarm of insects with mud-yellow fur and two black lines on their backs. Everything looked so clear. I was shocked and understood that it was Master’s encouragement.
Through this experience of sending forth righteous thoughts, I found that I still had doubts about Master and the Fa, because I had also had similar thoughts in the past about how effective my sending forth righteous thoughts was. Master saw that I had not rid myself of this attachment, so he let me see this sight. I must rid myself of this attachment and listen to Master to do the three things well and save more sentient beings. I now place even more emphasis on sending forth righteous thoughts, such that I even think about sending forth righteous thoughts in my dreams.
I dreamed one night of going up into the mountains to gather firewood with my son. Just when we entered the mountains, my son saw a fierce tiger and was shouting for me, when the tiger pounced on him. My son quickly picked up a wooden club to hit the tiger, but he was no match for it and the tiger even broke the club. My son asked me to save him, but I replied that I was no match for the tiger either, I only knew how to send forth righteous thoughts. I thus quickly sat down and erected my palm to send forth righteous thoughts. The fierce tiger instantly disappeared.
Another time, I dreamed that I was going to a practitioner’s house to settle some matters. On the way, I saw a big truck blocking my way. The road was very narrow, there was no way to get around it, and that was the only path to reach the practitioner’s house. I thought to myself that I must continue on my path! I stood there quietly and sent forth righteous thoughts, begging Master to empower me so that I could fly over the truck. With that thought, I immediately flew up. I flew very high and the houses below all looked tiny. A warm breeze blew on my face, making me feel very comfortable.
These are some of my experiences of sending forth righteous thoughts. I have no thoughts of showing off; I just want to share with fellow practitioners that as long as we believe in Master and the Fa in a steadfast manner, recall that we are cultivators all the time, look within whenever we meet with matters, eliminate our attachments, and maintain our righteous thoughts, Master is right by our side to give us wisdom and empower our powers and abilities.
Fellow practitioners, we should definitely place great emphasis on sending forth righteous thoughts. Do not doubt the effects of sending forth righteous thoughts like I did. Master said:
“Dafa Disciples’ Righteous Thoughts Are Powerful” (“Dafa Disciples’ Righteous Thoughts Are Powerful,” The Essentials of Diligent Progress II).
We need to send forth righteous thoughts more, and do it well. Let us cultivate diligently and improve our xinxing together. We came down to the mundane world with the same heart, and we shall return to the heavenly realms together.
