(Minghui.org) I’m a young Falun Dafa practitioner, who has been practicing Dafa for the past 18 years. I have been working in a private company for eight years. My job is to train new employees. Due to the high technical requirements in my company, many people have come and gone. I have taken opportunities to clarify the facts of Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) to them.
Three people were hired at one time. Li, one of the new colleagues, told us, “I saw an old Falun Gong woman distributing flyers on a plaza. Someone reported her, and she was arrested by the police.” I asked him, “Do you know anything about Falun Gong?” The other two new employees joined us to listen, while the veteran colleagues listened with smiles, because they had already heard about Falun Gong from me.
“The Chinese Communist Party [CCP] police have nothing better to do. They arrest good people, but leave the bad ones alone,” Li said. I asked, “Have you learned about the persecution of Falun Gong?” He replied, “Yes, I heard about it a long time ago.” Other colleagues told Li, “You should hear about it from her. She practices Falun Gong.” The three new colleagues turned to look at me.
I asked them, “Have you heard about quitting the Communist Party and its affiliated youth organizations?” Li answered, “A Falun Gong practitioner from another country called me and helped me quit.” The other two new colleagues shook their heads, indicating that they hadn’t quit yet. I told them that they would be protected in times of disaster if they could quit the communist organizations, which have misled people with atheism. Another colleague chimed in, “Yes, it’s true. The Chinese Communist Party has damaged our country and its people for so many years. We don’t want to pay for its crimes when it’s doomed. We have all quit.” The two new colleagues happily agreed to quit as well.
Another colleague named Meng told the new colleagues about Freegate and Ultrasurf, two apps to get around the CCP’s internet firewall. They downloaded the apps and watched videos about the massacre of students on Tiananmen Square in 1989 and the CCP-staged self-immolation in 2001, and started discussing these incidents.
Li asked me at a later time, “Do you know about Minghui Weekly?” I was happily surprised and replied, “Wow! You even know about Minghui Weekly.” Li explained, “My grandpa and my great aunt practice Falun Gong. My great uncle used to be a high-ranking official in the military. He knows the truth about Falun Gong too.”
My colleagues Gang and Yong are college interns. Wang, my colleague who works in the Human Resources Department, noticed that Yong had checked the box on a form asking if he had been arrested. Wang asked Yong why he checked the box. Yong whispered to him, “My mom practices Falun Gong. We were arrested for that.” Wang said, “You should un-check the box. Practicing Falun Gong is not a crime.” I happened to hear their conversation.
We often talk about the Communist Party’s crimes and what we have read from The Epoch Times website. I took the opportunity to tell Gang and Yong about Falun Gong. Yong said that he remembered a couple of poems he saw printed on money. One of them said, “The CCP is doomed. Quit to be safe. Heaven’s secret has been revealed. Your thoughts determine your fate.”
I further told them about Falun Gong and the significance of quitting the communist organizations. All my new colleagues eventually quit these organizations. My old colleagues also told the new ones to repeat: “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
My colleague Kang said that he admired me and wished he had known me earlier. Kang’s grandparents were high-ranking officials in the government before they passed away, but Kang looked down on the CCP. He called Party supporters gangsters and hooligans. Kang has not only quit all the communist organizations, but he also quit on behalf of his deceased grandparents.
Kang once saw many people in front of a government office, crying about the injustices they had suffered. Armed police and security employees surrounded them. Kang told me about it the next day. He said, “I was so mad! I wanted to write ‘The CCP is doomed’ on the wall. What Falun Gong says is so true. The Communist Party is evil! The pandemic is to wipe it out. The Communist Party made the virus and harmed the world. It will be destroyed by its own virus!”
I replied, “You are right. The heavens have given people an opportunity to quit the Party, so that good people will stay safe.”
Kang is supportive of Falun Gong. He has helped me buy consumables to print truth-clarification flyers.
My colleagues Zhang, Bai, and Feng have worked for the company longer than I have. They know the most about Falun Gong. As our company grew, they became team leaders and told their new employees about Falun Gong. Their team members have understood the evil nature of the Communist Party too.
Bai and Feng quit the Communist organizations by calling the Quit the CCP hotline. This happened one day several years ago, when Bai showed us some money printed with a hotline number in Canada. He suggested, “Let’s call this number. If it works, we can quit the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers.” I encouraged him, “Yes, call the number. It should work.” As soon as the number was dialed, someone picked it up and asked, “Hello! Would you like to quit the three communist organizations?” Bai, Feng, and Zhang made up their nicknames and quit right away. They were excited to find their certificates by looking up their confirmation numbers on the website later.
After the movie Coming for You was released, Zhang watched it over three lunch breaks. He asked me later, “Do you have Zhuan Falun? I would like to read it.” I loaned him a copy of the book and told him to treasure the book.
Bai also wanted to read the book. I loaned him a copy too. He read it during the time we had to work remotely during the pandemic.
Feng likes singing. He learned the song Falun Dafa Is Great and sang it to the colleagues on his team.
When Jiang Zemin, the former head of the CCP who launched the persecution, died in November 2022, my colleagues condemned Jiang for starting the persecution and celebrated his death. Bai said, “Jiang is gone. The CCP’s doomsday is also close!”
My colleagues have also made greeting cards and sent greetings to the Minghui website for World Falun Dafa Day and the New Year, expressing their respect for Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa. All of my more than 30 long-term colleagues have learned of the extraordinary goodness of Falun Dafa and the reality of the persecution. They have also helped spread the information in their own ways, as if fulfilling their missions during this special period of time in history.
