(Minghui.org) I’d like to share some of my experiences in recent years of cooperating with fellow practitioners to make phone calls to people in China to clarify the truth.
It has been nearly 10 years since I started clarifying the truth to save people on the RTC platform. During this time, everything has gone quite smoothly without interference. In this way, I’ve been steadily progressing on my path of saving people.
Master said,
“I have long said that the human realm is a big stage, and you are performing here. The audience is the myriad gods and numerous heavenly people of the entire cosmos—it’s like they are watching a play in a theatre. If humans were to sit off stage and watch other humans perform, they wouldn’t be able to see what’s going on in the performers’ minds. But those gods are watching your thoughts and your deeds. With your head atop the body, they are watching how the cells in your brain are moving, and they can also see how your heart and mind shift. When you do ridiculous things, they can’t help but laugh. When you do things that Dafa disciples shouldn’t do, they become extremely stern, looking at you.” (“Fa Teaching Given at the 2014 San Francisco Fa Conference”)
This Fa is etched in my heart. Every day, when I do the exercises, I can feel that I’m on a stage, and Master, gods, and divine beings are all watching me. They are watching how my heart moves. Every day, when I got out of bed, I would say in my heart, “I will do well.” Usually, I would be able to experience the miraculous state of calming myself down while doing the exercises.
Every day when I study the Fa, I would put my heart into reading the Fa and memorizing it. I understand that every verse Master says before each exercise and the formula for sending righteous thoughts are very important, and I must recite them with a calm mind. If I want to do well in my cultivation, I need to put my heart into studying the Fa, doing the exercises, and sending righteous thoughts.
Studying the Fa Well Helps
I experienced the importance of studying the Fa well in the process of making phone calls every day. A few years ago, I started to work together with other practitioners to make phone calls. One day, I made 20 phone calls and 18 of the recipients quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations. I noticed that if I could persist in studying three lectures of Zhuan Falun with a calm heart, I would be able to successfully clarify the truth and persuade more than 20 people to quit the CCP and its youth organizations on the following day. This made me experience Master’s boundless mighty powers.
I reside in Canada. Every morning, I would first do the exercises and study the Fa, and then I would prepare my son’s meal. Afterward, I would start making phone calls at seven in the morning. After making phone calls, I would join other Dafa projects.
I understand that as long as I have the heart to save people, Master will make the best arrangements for me, and I also cultivate a heart of gratitude. Before I start to make phone calls, I ask Master to empower me so that I can save more people with a predestined relationship. I can feel the gods and divine beings watching me.
Being Kind to Others
I would treat every person I called with kindness, truly hoping they can avoid any disaster and be saved. Every time the call went through, I would say happily, “Good evening! I’m making this call in the hopes that you will be healthy, safe, and lead a blissful life. Is everything good for your family?” Most people would say that they were doing well. I would then say, “That is great. Being able to lead a safe and peaceful life is a form of blessing.”
I usually keep things simple, but I can feel that every word I spoke is filled with energy. Most of the people would agree to quit the CCP and its youth organizations. But when the projects got busy and I did not study the Fa as much, I would feel that whatever I said was deflated and lacking energy. The number of calls that went through also became less, and I would feel tired when I was conversing with people. In this case, the sentient beings would seldom want to listen to me, or they would say some bad words, and the number of people who agreed to quit the CCP and its youth organizations would be much less.
When my cultivation state is not so good, I won’t feel like entering the platform for my roster duty to make phone calls. During these times, I just wanted to make phone calls by myself without entering the platform. However, I noticed that a practitioner, who is on the same roster as me, logged into the platform at 3:30 a.m. on winter mornings to make phone calls. I could see how strong her determination is to save people. The human attachment I have disappears when she and I work together to save people.
On one call, I talked to a Taoist practitioner. He said, “I’ve been cultivating for many years. I’ve been looking for Falun Dafa for a very long time, and I finally found you today. After searching for famous masters everywhere and coming across too many things, I can tell you that Falun Dafa is the top practice in the whole world. I have seen your exercise movements. That is real powerful practice … Quick, teach me how to practice Falun Dafa.” After clarifying the truth to him, I explained that we had books we could send him, and he was very thankful.
Clarifying the Truth to Master’s Former Colleague
I happened to call someone who was Master’s former colleague and supervisor. He had joined the CCP, and I helped him quit it and told him about the two auspicious phrases. He told me that Master had talked to him about Falun Dafa before, and they both worked at the Grain Bureau.
I said, “You have such a great predestined relationship with Master, you are really fortunate. In that case, did you learn the practice with Master at that time?” He replied, “I did not practice, I was his manager.” I told him how I started practicing Dafa and about the miraculous things that happened to me, and I told him that the CCP is here to destroy us human beings. He said people in China are now turning bad, a lot of people feel hopeless, and everything is at the end. I told him that Master is here to revive traditional culture and save humankind. I asked if he believed the Tiananmen self-immolation was a hoax. He said the CCP always does that. I also told him that Dafa has spread throughout the world and asked him to remember the two auspicious phrases, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He said he got it.
Expressing Gratitude about Dafa
There was someone who listened to me clarifying the truth and quit the CCP and its youth organizations. He then choked up and started sobbing, “I understand what you all are doing, every sentence you say is for the good of others. I’m so thankful to you, and you are doing great, kind deeds. The people in modern society have turned bad, but there are still such good people like you all, you’re great. Let me add you to my friend group chat, please save my friends quickly. You just need to greet everyone after entering the group chat.” He added me to his chat group. I told him, “What we do today is asked of us by our Master, if you want to thank someone, you should thank Him.”
There were many people who wanted to learn the practice after they understood the truth. They asked the practitioner who made the call to send them Dafa books or give them Dafa’s website address. For those who liked to talk more, I would invite them to visit Canada for a tour, and tell them that I could be their free tour guide. They were very happy to hear that. While making the calls, I also met people who were suffering with illnesses. After they followed me to recite the two auspicious phrases, miraculous things would often happen. Many miracles have been witnessed by other practitioners on the platform who make phone calls all year round.
