(Minghui.org) The phone call project is very effective for Falun Dafa practitioners outside of China to clarify the facts to the public in China. However, some practitioners question whether it’s appropriate for practitioners inside China to participate in this project. Practitioners in China should not participate in projects organized by those outside of China, but there were always some who managed to contact the coordinator and take their chance to participate in it.
There were some recent sharing articles on Minghui.org about practitioners inside China participating in the phone call project organized by overseas practitioners. In fact, I participated in this project for three years. I quit after Minghui published the articles, warning us that practitioners inside China should not be involved in this project.
It is urgent that we unconditionally rectify ourselves, cooperate with the requirements of Minghui, and immediately uninstall the two applications needed for the project, Mumble and Datcent, which are banned in China, to minimize the danger they potentially incur.
Using the online venue and such software in China bring significant security issues—which Master has pointed out to us before. Practitioners in China who participate in the phone call project may believe that it’s effective, efficient and safe, because they can clarify the facts to people without having to step out. This understanding is from their personal perspective. Falun Dafa practitioners around the world have different roles to play, and the requirements for practitioners inside and outside of China vary. Those in China can directly contact ordinary Chinese, and we should utilize this advantage to tell people the truth face to face. Overseas practitioners do not have this capability, and thus clarifying the facts to the Chinese people over the phone is appropriate, but it is not suitable for practitioners who still face the persecution in China.
After we clearly understood the issues involved, local practitioners who participated in this project have withdrawn from it. Practitioners or groups in China who are still involved in this project should immediately leave it. Do not take reckless risks based on one’s narrow, personal understanding.
It’s also high time for practitioners in China to stop calling each other things like, “Grand Coordinator,” “General Coordinator,” or “Mainland Project Leader,” as it’s not appropriate for us to have a coordinator in China when the persecution is still going on. We ought to dissolve cross-regional organizations and cease communication with overseas projects. We must rectify ourselves thoroughly to avoid losses or regrets in these last moments of Fa-rectification.
Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa, instructs us to pay attention to Minghui’s stance on major issues, and it is essential that we follow Master’s teachings unconditionally. This is what it means to be a Falun Dafa disciple. Those who do not listen to Master’s words and cause trouble are not true Dafa disciples. They either have serious xinxing issues, or they should be exposed.
We are grateful to Master for His mercy and for giving us the opportunity to take prompt measures to avoid potential negative consequences. If all practitioners remember to be rational while assisting Master to save people, the evildoers will be exposed, and they’ll no longer be able to take advantage of our loopholes.
