7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Xihua Harassed
1. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Wang Fengying Tried
Ms. Wang Fengying was tried in the Xihu District Court on the morning of December 26, 2024.
2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Miling Detained
Ms. Li Miling lives in Yonghong Village, Yongsheng Township, the Shuangcheng District. She was arrested by Shuangcheng District police on the afternoon of December 19, 2024. They confiscated her Falun Gong books. She is being held in Yaziquan Detention Center.
3. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yan Detained
Ms. Wang Yan, in her 50s, was tailed and arrested in October 2024 for distributing Falun Gong flyers. She is being held in the Daqing Detention Center.
4. [Chongqing] Ms. Tang Xianbi Arrested and Harassed
Ms. Tang Xianbi, 70, was arrested on May 31, 2024. Her home was ransacked. The police continued to harass her after she was released.
On the morning of June 26, seven people, including Guojiatuo Police Station officers, her community’s communist Party secretary, and others, took photos of her, threatened her, and ordered her not to distribute Falun Gong flyers.
They harassed her again in July and August 2024 and ordered her to sign statements to renounce Falun Gong. She refused to comply.
Two officers harassed her again at home and took photos of her on December 18.
5. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Zhiqiao Harassed
Ms. Wang Zhiqiao of Shahe Town in the Changping District was harassed at home on December 7, 2024, by officer Wang Li’nan from Qiliqu Police Station. The officer videotaped her.
6. [Longxi County, Gansu Province] Ms. Lin Fang Harassed
Ms. Lin Fang was harassed in her daughter’s home in the middle of the night on December 18, 2024, by Lanzhou City Domestic Security Division officers. They confiscated her Falun Gong books. She was put under surveillance and not allowed to leave the place.
7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Xihua Harassed
Ms. Zhao Xihua’s home was ransacked on the morning of December 23, 2024, by officers from Shuangcheng District Domestic Security Division and Chengxu Police Station. They seized her satellite dish that enabled her to watch overseas, uncensored TV programs; a picture of the founder of Falun Gong; Falun Gong books; a computer; cash; and other items. They also took her husband, who did not practice Falun Gong, to the police station and held him there for six hours. They seized his cell phone and forced him to reveal her whereabouts.
Three officers found Ms. Zhao around 5:30 p.m. They tried to take her away, but she and her daughter resisted, and they were unsuccessful.
