(Minghui.org) The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting Falun Dafa in 1999 and has kept at it for nearly 26 years. The persecution has not stopped in China and has intensified in countries around the world.
Today, fellow practitioners from other places came to our area to discuss the recent news reports targeting Master Li and Shen Yun in the United States. CCP agents are carrying out the persecution of Falun Dafa outside China. What should we do? How can we coordinate with fellow practitioners across the globe to form one body?
I first saw the report about the attack on Shen Yun on NTD Television and thought that it wasn’t a big deal because it was happening in the United States. After reading many articles on Minghui, I still thought that it couldn’t be that serious because, after all, the United States is a democratic country with a functioning judiciary, media, freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and Master is in charge. I felt that a few bad players can’t do much, and everything will be fine in a few days. In my mind, China is the main battleground in the battle between good and evil and where the persecution is most intense.
After discussing the situation further with practitioners today, I came to my senses and realized that my thinking was wrong. Master has suffered tremendous tribulations for His disciples, and I wasn’t showing gratitude. I even thought this matter had little to do with me! I thought I would be fine as long as I did what I should do daily.
I now realize that Dafa disciples are one body—whether in China or elsewhere. Whatever happens matters to us all. Moreover, Master and Dafa are being persecuted. As a Dafa disciple during the Fa-rectification, my mission is to assist Master in Fa-rectification. I feel ashamed that I could remain indifferent on such an important matter.
For those who still think as I did, please look for your notions, rectify your every thought, and keep up with the Fa-rectification process. From now on, we should form one body with the disciples of Falun Dafa around the world and send out powerful, righteous thoughts.
With strong righteous thoughts, the enlightened side of each of us will naturally rectify the Fa, and our Fa guardians and more righteous divine beings will also fulfill their duties.
