1. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] About 20 Practitioners Arrested
About 20 practitioners in Tianqiao District were arrested on September 29, 2025. Ms. Li Guizhi was arrested by Xiaowei North Road Police Station officers and is currently held in the Zhonggong Detention Center. Ms. Wang Xiaofang, Mr. Li Liang, and Teng have been released. Two other arrested practitioners were surnamed Xu and Zhao, but their situation isn’t clear.
2. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Qin Xianzhen, in her late 70s, and Ms. Song, in her 80s, were arrested by officers from the Fu’an Police Station in Jianshan District on September 20, 2025, for putting up Falun Gong stickers.
Ms. Shen Yan, in her 80s, was arrested on September 28, 2025, also by Fu’an Police Station officers and for putting up Falun Gong stickers.
The three practitioners were intimidated and pressed to sign statements to renounce Falun Gong during their detention. They were later released on bail after paying a 10,000 yuan bond each.
3. [Qingyun County, Shandong Province] Mr. Qiao Fang and His Wife Ms. Cui Shuqin Arrested
Mr. Qiao Fanghe and his wife, Ms. Cui Shuqin, were arrested by officers from the Qingyun County Police Department when distributing informational materials about Falun Gong on the evening of September 6, 2025. Ms. Cui suffered cerebral thrombosis and has been in the hospital since. Mr. Qiao also remains detained.
4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Yanchun and Ms. Cai Shaojie Detained
Ms. Zhou Yanchun and Ms. Cai Shaojie were arrested on August 27, 2025, and released on September 30, 2025.
5. [Kangping County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xue Jinhua Arrested
Five officers from Dongguan Township Police Station attempted to harass Ms. Xue Jinhua at her home at noon on September 25, 2025. They left as no one was home. Several officers came back in the afternoon and they tried to follow her inside when she returned home around 4:30 p.m. She managed to lock the door before they entered. But the police broke the window and broke in. She tried to escape from the back door but failed. Her home was ransacked and her Falun Gong books and the photo of Falun Gong’s founder were confiscated. She was taken to the police station and released in the evening.
6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Shaochun Harassed
Mr. Li Shaochun was recorded by a surveillance camera while putting up Falun Gong stickers in a residential compound on July 25, 2025. The police searched his home on August 6, 2025, but didn’t find any Falun Gong-related materials. They summoned him to the police station and questioned him about where he got the stickers and posted them. He refused to answer, but his wife, who went with him to the police station, provided the information. Mr. Li was released later that day.
