Gwen said that she was interested in cultivation practices and has visited India, Nepal, and other places. “Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are beautiful! They are exactly what our world needs,” she said as she watched practitioners do the Falun Dafa exercises. “I hope to find the same tranquility in myself some day.”

Gwen said the persecution was horrible. “The CCP tries to wipe out those who try to become their true selves...They [Falun Dafa practitioners] are so brave! It really takes a lot of courage to fight for your belief...We still have a long way to go. I hope to spread their stories and positive energy. It believe it will reach many people.”

Philip is opposed to the CCP’s forced organ harvesting.

Philip, a physician, and five of his physician friends talked with practitioners about the CCP’s crime of harvesting organs from living people. They were surprised to hear these atrocities have been going on for years. Philip said he’d heard about the existence of concentration camps in China but didn’t know what was really happening there.

“It’s bad that people from Western countries go to China for organ transplants. Doctors should warn people about the way it’s done in China,” he said. “I’ll sign to support your work to counteract the persecution. This shouldn’t have happened.”

Eva, a college student, said that the activities were meaningful and would help people pay attention to Falun Dafa and the persecution. “I’d like to learn more about Falun Dafa. It looks great,” she added.

I think it’s a great practice and improves your energy and brings you peace.” Karina left her phone number so that she would get more information to continue learning how to practice Falun Dafa.

College students Warre and Emske were surprised to hear that such a large group of people has been persecuted for 26 years, and that members of the group are even having their organs harvested by force. “It’s crazy that such things are happening today,” said Emske. “I thought things like that were only in history books.”

Both Warre and Emske said it was great for people to improve their minds and health through meditation and to follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. “I believe meditation can truly reduce stress,” Warre said. “If people can follow these principles, their lives will improve. I also like that it’s completely free. Teaching for free shows their intention is good.”

“I hope people will respect each other’s beliefs,” Emske added. “Don’t force others to change their ideas or kill them for their beliefs. That should be a universal goal all over the world, especially in China.”
