1. [Gaotang County, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Bingling Arrested
Mr. Li Bingling was arrested at work on the morning of October 29, 2025, by officers from Gaotang County Police Department and the Huixin Police Station. The police had planned his arrest for some time. His home was ransacked. He is being held in the Gaotang County Detention Center.
2. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Practitioner Mao Minwu Arrested
Practitioner Mao Minwu, gender unknown, was arrested on November 2, 2025. Mao’s Falun Gong books and printed materials were confiscated.
3. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xiao Bo and Ms. Yu Jingtao Arrested
Mr. Xiao Bo was arrested by Huancui District Police Department officers on October 27, 2025.
Ms. Yu Jingtao was arrested by officers from the Economic and Technological Development Zone Police Department on the same day. She was placed under criminal detention.
4. [Chenxi County, Hunan Province] Ms. Zeng Liuyun Arrested
Ms. Zeng Liuyun, in her 60s, was arrested around October 20, 2025. She was given 15 days at the Chenxi County Detention Center.
5. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Liguo Arrested
Mr. Wang Liguo was recently arrested in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province.
6. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Cheng Lei Arrested
Mr. Cheng Lei was arrested by the police in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, on October 29, 2025.
7. [Shanghai] Three Practitioners Monitored and Followed
Ms. Cai Yufang, Ms. Ni Cuiping, and Ms. Qian Xiujuan noticed people staking out their homes on November 2, 2025. The three practitioners were followed and monitored between October 19 and 24, 2025.
8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Guixian to Be Released From Prison
Ms. Li Guixian was scheduled to be released from the Liaoning Province Women’s Prison on November 10, 2025.
9. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Luo Linming Harassed
Ms. Luo Linming, 70, was harassed at home in late October 2025 by Wuding Community staff members in Mianhuapo Town, Naxi District, and officers from Mianhuapo Town Police Station. She was deceived into signing some paperwork.
10. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Tian Arrested
Ms. Tian was arrested on October 25, 2025. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books and informational materials. She was taken away handcuffed. Her family has hired a lawyer for her.
11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Feng Xiaoyuan Taken to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Feng Xiaoyuan was arrested by officers from the Shuita Street Police Station on October 27, 2025, while taking her youngest daughter to school. She was taken to Wuhan City First Lockup for five days. Shortly after she was released on November 1, she was seized again by the Xima Street Police Station officers and taken to the Houhu Brainwashing Center in Jiang’an District.
12. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ai Yanjing Released from Prison
Ms. Ai Yanjing was released on October 27, 2025, after serving five years in prison.
13. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Jin Yue’s Power of Attorney Form Not Accepted by Court
Ms. Jin Yue’s husband and her lawyer went to the Yunhe District Court on the afternoon of October 30, 2025, to submit a power of attorney form. The court refused to accept it.
14. [Huizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wu Bing and Her Family Harassed
The homes of Ms. Wu Bing and her daughter in Jiayiyuan Residential Community were ransacked on October 23, 2025, by eight officers from Huizhou City Police Department and Huicheng District Police Department. They confiscated a computer and two cell phones from her daughter’s home. Her daughter was arrested and detained for a day.
15. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Elderly Practitioner Chen’s Home Ransacked
Chen, around 80, was stopped by the police in September 2025 while returning from distributing Falun Gong materials. The officers showed Chen video footage on a cell phone and accused Chen of distributing materials. A group of officers searched Chen’s home and confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, Minghui Weekly, and other items. They also threatened Chen not to go out distributing materials again.
16. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chen Yanwei Arrested
Ms. Chen Yanwei was arrested in late October 2025.
17. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Sun Deguo Jailed to Serve a Four-Year Term
Mr. Sun Deguo was sentenced to four years by the Ranghulu District Court in late December 2024. He appealed to the Daqing City Intermediate Court, which ruled to uphold his original verdict. He was admitted to prison in April 2025.
