7. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Bangying Harassed
8. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. He Ziguang Displaced, Pension Suspended
1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Caiyan Admitted to Prison
Ms. Sun Caiyan was sentenced to three years and nine months by the Ganjingzi District Court on October 28, 2024. She appealed to the Dalian City Intermediate Court, which ruled to uphold her original verdict. Her son was notified by the Liaoning Province Second Women’s Prison in early March 2025 that she had been admitted to the prison on February 18, 2025.
2. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Zhengxun Arrested
Mr. Li Zhengxun of Lijiazhuang Village, Nanchun Town, was arrested by Yifeng Town Police Station officers on the morning of March 5, 2025, when he was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Yifeng Town, Jimo City. His home was ransacked.
The police took Mr. Li to a hospital in Jimo City for a physical exam the next day. A tumor was discovered in his abdomen. They took him to a hospital in Qingdao City the day after for another physical exam, where the doctor found he had a kidney problem. The police still refused to release him.
3. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Zhu Peiting Disappeared
Ms. Zhu Peiting, 77, has been missing for 18 months. Her family suspects that she was arrested.
4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Qingsheng’s Pension Suspended
The Daowai District Social Security Bureau suspended Mr. Liu Qingsheng’s pension in early March 2025, with the excuse that he was sentenced to three years in 2012.
5. [Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Jin Lulu Detained
Ms. Jin Lulu was arrested on the afternoon of March 4, 2025, at the hair salon where she worked. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Zhenjiang City Lockup. The police told her family on March 6, 2025, that she might be sentenced.
6. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Du Yongjing Harassed
Ms. Du Yongjing’s husband Mr. Wei Liangyue, a lawyer, got a harassment call from the police in early February 2025, demanding that Ms. Du report to the police station. It’s not clear whether she complied.
7. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Bangying Harassed
Ms. Yang Bangying of Sanwang Village was harassed at home by three community clerks on February 27, 2025.
8. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. He Ziguang Displaced, Pension Suspended
Mr. He Ziguang was arrested in 2023 for sharing information about Falun Gong with others and later placed under residential surveillance. To avoid further persecution, he was forced to live away from home. Zhucheng City 610 Office agents, Domestic Security Division officers, and court staffers repeatedly harassed his daughter-in-law, Ms. Liu Peizhi, over the phone. The local labor bureau suspended his pension in February 2025.
