(Minghui.org) Soon after I began practicing Falun Dafa in 1997, all my ailments disappeared. Master eliminated the bad substances from my body and gave me good health. On the occasion of World Falun Dafa Day, I would like to tell you about my family members who were protected by Master and received blessings because they know Falun Dafa is good.
Brother Receives Blessings
My younger brother always had a bad temper. He smoked, drank and loved getting into fights—especially life and death brawls. The family constantly worried about him. When he grew up, he suffered from kidney stones and often had blood in his urine. His work requires him to deliver goods at night and I was so worried about him, I didn’t go to bed until he phoned me and said he’d returned home.
I told my brother about Falun Dafa and he began practicing. He soon recovered from his illnesses, quit smoking and drinking, and no longer had a bad temper. He also stopped getting into fights.
My brother works in the food industry. He counted his money after delivering goods one day and discovered that a customer had given him 500 yuan in counterfeit money. He did not get upset. The next day, he delivered goods to the same customer. When the customer gave him money, he said, “Let me count the money today and see if there are any fake notes.” The man’s face became red, and he said, “Why would I give you counterfeit money?” My brother replied, “Five hundred yuan is not a big sum of money, but you gave me a lot of virtue.”
The man asked, “Tell me, what is Falun Dafa?” My brother told him, “Falun Dafa teaches one to follow Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance, be a good person, think of others...” The man was ashamed.
One morning while he meditated, my brother thought, “The noodles have gone bad.” After he finished meditating he went to the warehouse, opened a bag of noodles and indeed there was mold on them. He thought that Master must have given him a hint. If the moldy noodles were used to make food, he would be in trouble. He called the supplier but the man refused to change the stock. My brother got rid of the noodles and took a loss. If he did not practice Dafa, he would have been angry and perhaps have gone to the supplier to make a scene.
My brother once got into a car accident while delivering goods, and his car overturned. People working in the fields came running to see what happened. All the windows were broken and a tool box landed on top of my brother. The bystanders pulled him from the car but he was not injured. An elderly man said, “Your family must pray to a great Buddha or else you would be dead.” My brother told them, “I practice Falun Dafa, so Master Li protected me.”
Second Brother Avoids an Accident Because He Believes Dafa Is Good
One morning in March 2005, my oldest brother phoned me and said, “I had the same dream three times in a row last night. I dreamed our little brother was burned to death.” I said, “Master must be warning us that our brother is going to run into trouble.”
My second brother was working in Sichuan then. We asked him to return home quickly as there was an urgent matter. When he got home, we told him about the dream. He flew into a temper, “How can you be so silly!? You asked me to come home just because of a dream. Compensate me for the airfare!” An airplane ticket cost 10,000 yuan then.
My oldest brother read Master’s teachings with him. The next morning, as I played Master’s exercise instruction video, my second brother said, “I had a dream last night. I was in South Lake. I thought ‘I want to fly home’ and indeed I flew home.” I knew he had good enlightenment quality. We explained why it was important to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and he agreed to withdraw from the Party. He also asked me to help his wife and daughter renounce their memberships in the Party. Although my second brother does not practice Dafa, he believes Dafa is good. We told him to recite, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is good” often. He returned to Sichuan with Falun Dafa music tapes.
In May, my second brother returned to the Northeast to oversee an underground oil pipe project. One day, an explosion took place at the site and four people were injured. Two of them suffered burns over 40 percent of their bodies while the other two had burns over 60 percent of their bodies. My brother was away when the accident happened. A director’s relative gave orders that contradicted the safety regulations, which led to the explosion. If my brother was at the scene, not only would he have been injured, he would be subject to criminal penalties because he was the safety manager and he signed the contract.
Because my brother believed in Dafa, Master helped him avert this calamity. Our family is grateful to Master!
Master Healed My Brother-In-Law Who Was Injured in a Car Accident
After I began practicing Falun Dafa, I encouraged my older sister to practice. She was tormented by negative entities since she was young and suffered from many illnesses. She eventually became ill tempered. Whoever made her upset, she would swear and curse at them. She was in pain every day and spent a lot of money seeking treatment, but nothing worked.
Master said,
“When I discussed the problem of entity attachment, I took off all such things from your bodies, regardless of what they were, inside or out. They are gone now from the bodies of all of you who are sincere in practicing Dafa. And similarly, I will cleanse the bodies of anyone who becomes sincere in the practice after learning it on their own. Your surroundings at home need to be cleaned up as well. You should get rid of any shrines to the spirits of what may have in fact been foxes or weasels; those spirits have now been cleaned out and are gone. We can do all of what I’ve described and make things as easy as possible for you because you have the desire to practice. But this only holds true for those who are sincere about it.” (The Third Talk, Zhuan Falun)
A short time after my sister began to practice, Master removed the entity. My sister has been free of illness since then. Her temperament also changed, and she was jovial every day. Her entire family also benefited.
In October 2010, her husband went out to sell tofu at 3 a.m. He was hit by a car from behind just as he pushed his cart into the main road. He was thrown to the ground, unconscious. His nose, mouth, and ears were covered in blood. He was sent to the hospital in the city. An examination showed that his left eardrum was shattered, his right leg was fractured in three places, and the doctors did not know where the blood in his nose and mouth came from. He was in extreme danger.
When we got to the hospital, my brother-in-law was transferred out of the intensive care unit. We stood around him and recited, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He was gradually able to open his eyes. We told him to sincerely recite the phrases but he had no expression on his face. Everyone gathered around him reciting the phrases. After a long time, he suddenly said, “You cannot say this.” When we asked, “Who is stopping you from reciting them?” He looked at the ceiling and said, “The person wearing a blue jacket on the light fixture.” My oldest brother said, “It wants to kill you. Quick! Say the phrases and it will be gone.” But he refused to listen.
His son then recalled a scene that took place as he was driving his father to the hospital: As he drove the car up to an intersection, a car came straight at them from the right. My nephew has been driving since he was 14. As an experienced driver, his instinct told him the accident would be fatal. Just as they were about to collide, a force came from nowhere, pushing his car from the right to the curb on the left and so he missed the vehicle missed him. My nephew took out the Dafa amulet in his pocket and said, “Master protected us.”
My nephew, niece, and other family members asked my brother-in-law to say, “Falun Dafa is good.” But he still refused. We continued reciting the phrase. All of a sudden, my brother-in-law stammered: “Falun Dafa is good.” He then said the phrase repeatedly.
The next day, my sister asked us to come to the hospital. We thought my brother-in-law had taken a turn for the worse, so we rushed over there. We saw him sitting up in bed. My sister said, “A miracle happened. I’ll let him tell you.”
My brother-in-law said, “After you left, I kept reciting ‘Falun Dafa is good.’ I saw Master in another dimension and he fixed my leg.” I said, “Do you know it’s Master?” He replied, “How can I not recognize him?! Sometimes when your sister offers incense to Master, I do, too. Master was wearing a white shirt. He rolled up his sleeves and touched the part of my leg that was fractured. I heard the sound of bones cracking and my leg was healed.” He then lifted his right leg. He continued, “I can walk with a crutch.” My oldest brother said, “Hold onto my shoulder; I can be your crutch.” Indeed, my brother-in-law was able to walk with my brother’s support. Everyone present witnessed how extraordinary Dafa is.
What’s even more miraculous is that my brother-in-law’s left eardrum was shattered and he could not hear anything. The doctors said he’d lost hearing in that ear. The night he was discharged from the hospital, he could hear with his left ear again. My brother-in-law’s left ear is normal.
Our whole family is grateful for Master’s compassion!
