1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Dong Xunsheng Imprisoned
Mr. Dong Xunsheng was arrested at home on March 19, 2025, by officers from the Dalian City Domestic Security Division and Paoya Police Station. His home was ransacked. He was sentenced to three years in prison and was admitted to the Jinzhou Prison in early September.
2. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Du Likun Sentenced
Ms. Du Likun was sentenced to five years in prison by the Feixiang District Court. She has appealed.
3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Yin Yumei and her husband, Mr. Shu Zhenhe, as well as Chen and Shi (whose first names and genders are unknown), were arrested on September 22, 2026. Ms. Yin’s Falun Gong books were confiscated. She is being held in the Harbin City Second Detention Center.
4. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Wu Chaoqian was arrested at home and taken to the Tuobuka Police Station on April 16, 2026. The police ransacked his home, seizing a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, a Falun Gong book, a bag of Falun Gong printouts, and other items. Because he refused to sign the case document, they handcuffed him to a stool for one hour.
Ms. Chen Guizhen was arrested at home on April 16, 2026. The police seized her Falun Gong books, took her to the police station, handcuffed her to a bench, and released her after midnight.
Ms. Guo Youzhi was arrested at home on April 16, 2026, by the Dongchuan District Domestic Security Division officers. They confiscated her Falun Gong books and tablet. She was taken to the Dongchuan District Case Processing Center and interrogated. She was released that afternoon.
Ms. Wu Minfen was arrested on April 20, 2026. The Dabei Police Station officers raided her home and took her to the Dongchuan District Case Processng Center for interrogation. She was handcuffed to a bench until the evening.
5. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Guizhi Sentenced
Ms. Zhang Guizhi, 83, was arrested on September 22, 2026, by officers from the Yulin Police Station. The officers confiscated her two computers, two sets of Falun Gong books, and other items. She was sentenced to a year in prison and allowed to serve time at home because of her health condition.
6. [Shanghai] Mr. Wang Jianxin Detained
Mr. Wang Jianxin has been put under criminal detention at the Minhang District Detention Center.
7. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Hongjie Detained
Mr. Gao Hongjie, a native of Anqiu City who was forced to live away from home to avoid persecution, was arrested on August 18, 2026, in Jiaozhou City of the same province. He is now held at the Ducun Detention Center in Jiaozhou.
8. [Fenxi City, Shanxi Province] Yan Jianqing Formally Arrested
Yan Jianqing, gender unknown, has been issued a formal arrest warrant by the Xinghualing District Procuratorate.
9. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhong Shufeng Detained
Ms. Zhong Shufeng was arrested at home on September 7, 2026, by several plainclothes officers. She is being held in an undisclosed location in Quanfu Town.
10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Chunhua Arrested
Ms. Wang Chunhua was arrested on September 16, 2026. The Huxilu Police Station officers seized her key, opened her door, and confiscated her tablet, books, cash, and other items. They took her to the police station for interrogation. She refused to cooperate and was released in the afternoon.
11. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Six Practitioners Harassed
Ms. Zhou Xiumei was harassed on September 4, 2026. The Liangzhuang Village officials led several officers of the Shanfangbao Township Police Station to her home. They ransacked the place and recorded a video.
Ms. Heng Shizhen was video recorded and had her home searched on September 9, 2026, by the Wanquan Town Police Station officers.
Ms. Duan Xiuguo and Ms. Zhang Jinmei were video recorded in their respective homes on September 12, 2026, by the Wanquan Town Police Station officers.
Ms. Wan Xiuying was photographed at home on September 14, 2026, by the Wanquan Town Police Station officers.
Ms. Zhang Xiulan was photographed and video recorded at home on September 18, 2026, by the Wanquan Town Police Station officers.
12. [Xinmin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Huang Jinlin and Ms. Tian Xiu’e Arrested
Mr. Huang Jinlin and Ms. Tian Xiu’e were arrested on September 16, 2026, by the Fahaniu Town Police Station officers.
13. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Qiuhua Detained
Ms. Wang Qiuhua was arrested on September 9, 2026, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in the Nanguan Market. Her home was ransacked. She was detained for 15 days in the Jinjiajie Second Detention Center and released on September 25.
14. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested; One Harassed
Qiu An, Xi Yun, and Lyu Mianque were arrested together on September 15, 2026, by Li Xiaofeng and other officers. They ransacked Lyu’s home and confiscated Falun Gong books. Qiu and Xi were released the next day. Lyu was released on September 20.
Ms. Yang Congmin, 80, was harassed at home on September 14, 2026. Five officers photographed and questioned her, and confiscated her Falun Gong books and other items.
15. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Tu Ailian Released from Prison
Ms. Tu Ailian completed a seven-year prison term and was released on September 26, 2026.
16. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Ren Baoping Arrested
Mr. Ren Baoping was recently arrested by the Caozhuang Police Station officers.
17. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Guizhen Arrested
Ms. Sun Guizhen put up a Falun Gong flyer in a public area on September 20, 2026, and was recorded by the surveillance system. She was arrested at home in the afternoon by the Xiangfang District Police Station officers. Her Falun Gong books and other items were confiscated. She was released at midnight.
