(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 8 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 12 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
1. [Luanzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Xiaodong and Ms. Yang Li Facing Trial
2. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Fengjuan and Ms. Feng Hanzhen Arrested
3. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Suxia Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
4. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
5. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Fu Gui Arrested
6. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Caixia Arrested
7. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Guiying Arrested
8. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gong Zhenxun Detained
1. [Luanzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Xiaodong and Ms. Yang Li Facing Trial
Ms. Yang Li and Mr. Chen Xiaodong were scheduled to stand trial at the Luannan County Court on September 13, 2026.
2. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Fengjuan and Ms. Feng Hanzhen Arrested
Ms. Yang Fengjuan and Ms. Feng Hanzhen, in her 80s, were arrested at the Hancheng Market on September 13, 2026. Ms. Feng was released later that day. Ms. Yang has been detained since.
3. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Suxia Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Ms. Feng Suxia was sentenced to three years and three months in prison by the Renqiu City Court. She is currently serving time in the Hebei Province Women’s Prison.
4. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Wang Caixia, 69, and her sister, 73, name unknown, were arrested while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong on September 8, 2026. Ms. Wang’s sister was soon released. Ms. Wang was admitted to the Dancheng County Lockup.
Ms. Zhang Peihua, 83, was harassed at home on September 9, 2026. The police ransacked her home and confiscated the computer and printer. She was placed under house arrest for 15 days.
5. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Fu Gui Arrested
Ms. Fu Gui was arrested at home by Xianfeng Street Police Station officers on September 11, 2026. They ransacked her home and confiscated a Falun Gong book, and a computer and printer. Ms. Fu was taken to the police station for interrogation. She felt unwell, and had elevated blood pressure. She was released later that day.
6. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Caixia Arrested
Ms. Li Caixia was arrested by officers from the Pingshan Town Police Station on September 11, 2026, and her home was ransacked.
7. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Guiying Arrested
Ms. Liu Guiying was arrested by Yong’an Police Station officers on July 23, 2026, after being reported to the police for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was handcuffed while being interrogated at the police station. She was released after 11 hours.
8. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gong Zhenxun Detained
Mr. Gong Zhenxun was arrested at work on May 18, 2026, after being reported for talking to people about Falun Gong. His home was ransacked. The police confiscated his Falun Gong books, a photo of Falun Gong’s founder, and a computer, printer, and media player. He was detained for seven days at the Jinan City Lockup and released on May 25, 2026.
Mr. Gong was summoned to the Lixia District Police Department on July 16, 2026. He was held at the case handling center overnight and released the next day.
