4. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ning Yuemin Harassed

1. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wei Guijun Arrested
Ms. Wei Guijun was arrested by Tiexi Police Station officers on September 11, 2026, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong.
2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Feng Jiwu Harassed
Mr. Feng Jiwu, 80, was harassed at home by six plainclothes officers on September 12, 2026. They ransacked his home and confiscated cash, a tablet, and a media player. They ordered Mr. Feng to go to the police station to give a statement, which Mr. Feng refused to do.
3. [Xianghe County, Hebei Province] Ms. An Shuqin Arrested
Ms. An Shuqin was arrested in early September 2026 and released days later.
4. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ning Yuemin Harassed
Ms. Ning Yuemin was harassed at home on September 12, 2026, by four officers from the Zhiqiu Town Police Station and the village official Liu Zhongwei. They photographed her without her permission.
5. [Wei County, Hebei Province] Many Practitioners Harassed
Many local practitioners in Weixian County were recently harassed by the police and village officials. The officers confiscated the practitioners’ Falun Gong books, asked them if they were still practicing Falun Gong, and took photos of them.
