(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners set up an information booth in Brașov to raise awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) 27-year-long persecution of their faith, as well as their practice’s core values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance on October 3 and 24, 2026. Many people stopped to ask how they could help the practitioners in their efforts to stop the persecution.

Many of these people signed a petition to the G7+7 nations to help end the CCP’s persecution and forced organ harvesting against their peers in China. Others expressed a desire to read more about the situation in China so that they could share the information with others.

“I support you 100 percent!”

When Sebastian Hoașă was strolling through the center of Brașov on October 3, he saw Radu (who is a practitioner) at an information stand, and he asked how he could help.

Radu often teaches people the Falun Dafa exercises at the practice site. Hoașă often has coffee with his father at a nearby stand and always saw Radu. When Hoașă saw Radu on October 3, he talked with him about the event.

Hoașă said he was initially drawn to Falun Dafa because the practice advocates self-cultivation. He said he believes there is an order in the universe, and there are fundamental principles responsible for that order.

Falun Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance resonated with him greatly as principles that govern the way things operate in the universe, and he feels people have deviated from these principles and need to return to them.

“These are the principles everyone should live by, and anyone suffering from depression should try to apply them in their lives,” he said.

He also says he appreciates the idea of tempering your own character and controlling your own reactions and decisions in the face of adversity, as required by self-cultivation. He believes this is what helps people maintain authenticity, integrity, and honesty.

As for Falun Dafa’s principle of compassion, Hoașă believes it is the “greatest thing you can achieve in this life.” He also believes that forbearance is important because it means “not letting any negative feelings affect you,” and says that he supports the practitioners in their efforts to stop the persecution of their practice that advocates for these three values.

“I think it’s a first-class initiative and I support you 100 percent. If these principles were put into practice, the world would change,” he said.

He has “a very poor opinion” of the persecution and is convinced that humanity will set things right and will no longer allow such things to happen. “People should be able to walk freely on this planet and follow their destiny. Anyone who wants to oppose this is free to do so, but they will pay the price according to the laws of the universe—that is my opinion.

“[Practitioners in China] must not lose hope, because people with more positive thoughts are coming up behind them, and they will escape at some point, because things will not stay this way,” he concluded.

Awareness of the Persecution Is Important Both Inside and Outside China

Corneliu Bulat, from the Republic of Moldova, has lived in Bucharest for some time and works in a public institution. He was curious to see what the practitioners were promoting and was impressed by the banner containing information about the persecution, “which really does raise awareness,” he said. He wanted to hear what is happening in China, and said he was already aware of other issues such as the persecution of the Uighurs.

Bulat reflected on the impact people who live in accordance with Falun Dafa’s universal values can have on society, compared with a situation in which these values are persecuted, “which, in a way, would not even help development, but would hinder it.

“In a human relationship, you expect to experience truth, compassion and tolerance; and so, based on the principles of reciprocity and empathy, it is right that you offer them in return,” he said. “If we consider the opposite—that is, the antonyms of these principles, such as lies, cruelty, hatred, indifference, pettiness and intolerance—they would lead to increased tension within a society.”

He believes that awareness of the persecution needs to be spread to all people so that the global community can come together to stop the persecution.

“We live in a globalized world, which means that what happens in China affects us too, and I hope the reverse is also true,” said Bulat. “And it would be wise for us, too, before buying a Chinese product, or before we find ourselves in need of an implant or an organ, to be aware that organ harvesting was not exactly carried out voluntarily.”

He added that the people carrying out the persecution in China perhaps don’t even know that their actions are illegal. “They, too, need to be made aware of these issues,” he said. “This is a mission not only from a moral standpoint but also in terms of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or other international instruments.”

Bulat wished the practitioners success.
