(Minghui.org) I’m an 80 year old who has practiced Falun Dafa for nearly 30 years. Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of this self-cultivation practice, has transformed me into an energetic person. When I ride a bicycle, it feels as if someone is pushing me along, and when I walk, I feel as if I’m gliding. I was once an illiterate woman from the countryside, but now I can read Dafa books, and I often go out to clarify the truth. Master has given me so much. I follow his teachings and assist him in offering salvation to more of the world’s people.
People in My Village Quit the CCP
Most people in my village have long withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. I personally helped every official CCP member withdraw. Since I was once a village official before my retirement, I know all the officials well. So when I talked to them about quitting the CCP, they had no issues accepting it. As for those CCP members in nearby villages, as long as I knew them, it was easy to help them quit.
Before I go out to talk with people about Dafa, I ask Master Li in my heart to help me save the predestined people I meet. Whenever I hear there are visitors, or former residents here to visit, I go talk to them and ask them to withdraw from the CCP. For example, when I learned that a villager I hadn’t seen for more than 10 years had returned, I went to find him right away. When we met, I got straight to the point, “You’re back! I have something important I must tell you. Have you heard of withdrawing from the CCP organizations to ensure your safety?” He said he hadn’t, so I explained, “These days there are many natural and man-made calamities. Everyone wants to stay safe. Those of us who joined the CCP, including the Youth League and the Young Pioneers, are also in danger. So we must understand the truth behind these malevolent organizations and separate ourselves from them.” He understood and exclaimed, “I joined the CCP. Please help me withdraw from it!”
There was a young man from our village who now works at the county government. When he came back on business, I went to see him, “I have something important to tell you regarding the CCP.” He was a bit fearful and said, “Let’s not talk about this. I have not joined them.” I replied, “Young man, there are so many disasters happening these days. One could run into one at any time. Asking you to withdraw from these organizations isn’t because I want anything from you; it’s for your own good!” His eyes filled with tears and he said, “All right. I did join the CCP. Help me withdraw!”
Saving People at the Market
There are several villages nearby so, every morning, I go to an open market to talk to people about Dafa.
There was a bicycle repair vendor who called out to me and asked me to come to his booth. It was as if everything had been arranged. Soon after, a few other people came over, as though they had come specifically to listen to me talk. I was able to help several of them quit the CCP organizations.
I also like to find a spot to sit down since there are many seniors about. I move around quickly and have a strong voice; I don’t look anything like an 80-year-old woman. Wherever I go, my physical appearance itself is a living testament to the miraculous nature of Dafa. After I sit down, people come over to chat and, in the course of conversation, I help them withdraw. I first tell them that disasters are commonplace, and they believe it. I then tell them that by sincerely withdrawing from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, they’ll keep safe.
I met someone selling cabbages. I told him about withdrawing to ensure his safety and he agreed. He then insisted on giving me several cabbages. I told him that learning the truth about Dafa was priceless. On the way home from the market, I often meet predestined people as well. I encountered an older woman and asked if she had joined the CCP. She said yes. After helping her withdraw, I added: “You can also often recite ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and it will bring you happiness and peace.”
As I walk around, there are also people sitting along the side of the road. After exchanging greetings, I openly tell them about leaving the CCP organizations. Many people in the surrounding villages know me, and it’s often like they’re there waiting for me to save them. All it takes is just a few words, and they agree to withdraw.
I encountered someone buying a sheep. I could tell at a glance he was from an urban area, as he was bargaining with the seller. The seller wanted 1,100 yuan, while he insisted on paying only 1,000. The two were deadlocked. I walked over and said to the buyer, “Sir, you don’t look like a farmer, nor does it seem like you’re lacking this one hundred yuan. If you truly wanted to buy it, you wouldn’t care about this price, would you? If you indeed need this one hundred yuan, I’ll give it to you.” He smiled and willingly bought the sheep at the asking price without letting me pay. I then naturally talked to him about Dafa and the importance of quitting the Party. He readily agreed.
Over the course of 15 days during the holiday season, I helped more than a 100 people quit the CCP. I also have an effective method to share with fellow practitioners who aren’t very good at writing. Since writing is difficult for me, I use characters like “Xi” (joy), “Shun” (smooth), and “Fu” (blessing) as the first character when I offer a pseudonym for people to use when withdrawing. By using these root characters, I can come up with many names. If the person wants to use their own name, I try to memorize it by circling it on the paper before passing it along to a fellow practitioner.
Helping Master to save people has always been something I hold dear to my heart. I rarely talk about trivial matters when I approach people and just do my best to get to the point. It seems that those who agree to quit are also very straightforward.
In recent years, people appear to be even more willing to withdraw from the CCP. They seem to be waiting to gain salvation.
