1. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cui Yuling and Ms. Zhu Lanmei Arrested

1. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cui Yuling and Ms. Zhu Lanmei Arrested
Ms. Cui Yuling, 59, was arrested on the evening of January 19, 2026, by officers from the Linqing City Domestic Security Division as she was leaving Ms. Zhu Lanmei’s home. The officers ransacked both women’s homes. Ms. Zhu, around 70, escaped the arrest that night and went into hiding, but she was tracked down by the police and arrested on February 11.
Ms. Cui is being held in the Liaocheng City Detention Center. Ms. Zhu’s whereabouts are unknown.
2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Lin Lihong Released From Prison
Ms. Lin Lihong was released from prison on February 11, 2026, after serving four years and three months.
