(Minghui.org) The Mind Body Spirit Festival was held in Brisbane, Australia, from March 6 to 8, 2026. Falun Dafa practitioners have participated in the event every year for the past 20 years.

This year, the event featured over 170 booths, covering a wide range of fields including health, mind-body wellness, and spiritual practices. The three-day event attracted thousands of attendees.

Visitors to the Falun Dafa booth read the information or were given flyers. They watched the exercise demonstration and talked to practitioners. Some learned the exercises on the spot, others bought the books, and asked how to join the group practice site.

Practitioners distributed flyers and asked people to help stop the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) persecution. Many visitors gave practitioners a thumbs-up.

Visitors Learn the Falun Dafa Exercises

Jordan was excited to try the exercises and shared his experience afterward. He said, “When I first arrived at the booth, I felt somewhat anxious and physically unwell; being here all alone also made me a bit nervous. After I did the exercises, I feel much more confident and significantly lighter.

“When I did the exercises, I could sense an energy contained within me and flowing throughout my body—a sensation that was full of vitality, and it felt very comfortable,” he added.

Deb Pratt, her mother, and her mother’s adopted daughter visited the booth and tried the exercises.

Deb said, “Mom has been plagued by pain and sleep issues. We just wanted to see what might help her.

“I was looking for some gentle exercises for Mom; she has trouble lifting her arms above her head. Focusing on some light movements is beneficial for both of us.”

Deb added, “While learning the exercises, Mom said she felt some soreness in her legs and feet; yet, I see that her demeanor has become brighter, and she seems much more relaxed.”

They were surprised that the mother could finish the exercises without the help of her walker. So they hoped to learn more about Falun Dafa. A practitioner told them about an online class and gave Deb the information. Deb said she liked the suggestion of an online class.

Deb’s mother bought the book Falun Gong and said she appreciated practitioners and would tell her family about Falun Dafa.

Will and his mother visited the booth. His mother said, “I saw your booth, and I wanted to let him give it a try to see if it suited him. He really loves this. I’ve never seen him show such strong motivation before. In fact, I think this might be something he can stick with in the future.”
