(Minghui.org) I began practicing Falun Dafa 28 years ago. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but I remained steadfast thanks to Master’s protection. The following stories show Falun Dafa’s extraordinary power and Master’s great compassion.
“I’ve Been Waiting for You Two!”
The book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, published in 2004, helped many people see the true nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and has supported the trend of Chinese quitting the CCP. To help more people understand the true situation practitioners distributed the book. My older sister also practices Falun Dafa and we worked in the same factory. We decided to take a day off and go to a relative’s place in a nearby city to clarify the truth to them.
We took a bus there, and after telling them the facts about the CCP’s persecution of Falun Dafa they quit the CCP, and invited us to stay for dinner. We quickly finished eating and headed to the bus station, but because we were unfamiliar with the city, we got lost.
We weren’t sure where we were going and it was getting dark. I was worried and said, “It’s getting late, maybe the bus station is already closed. If we can’t get a bus, where are we going to stay tonight? How are we supposed to get to work tomorrow?”
Just as I was getting really stressed, I saw a bus parked on the side of the road, and the driver seemed to be looking for something. As soon as he saw us, he said, “I’ve been waiting for you two! You’re going back to that county, right? Hurry up, I’m late, and this is the last bus.” I was very moved. I realized Master was helping us. At that moment I knew Master was always beside me, watching over me. My sister and I were so grateful, and more determined than ever to stay steadfast in our practice.
Unharmed After Gasoline-Drenched Limbs Caught Fire
My parents lived in a one-story house with wooden windows that needed to be painted every few years so they wouldn’t rot. My father helped me paint but I forgot to wear gloves and long sleeves. After the job was done, my hands and arms were covered in paint. To remove it, I poured gasoline all over my arms in the yard. It was getting dark so my father lit a candle to help me see. As soon as he came near, my arms caught on fire. In shock, I instinctively said, “I’m fine, it doesn’t hurt.” I swung my arms back and forth, and the flames went out. I was left with a stinging, burning sensation. My father was terrified, and I comforted him saying that I would be fine after I took a shower.
In the shower, even with water on my skin, I could still feel the burning. But afterwards the feeling went away, and there weren’t any marks on my skin. I knew that I once again witnessed Master’s protection and Falun Dafa’s miraculous power.
“Master Helped You”
My mother believed in Falun Dafa and supported my cultivation despite the ongoing persecution. She had symptoms from a stroke for years. One day she experienced extreme discomfort. She lost her ability to speak and became unconscious. After she was taken to hospital, her condition stabilized. A few days later, she could move and talk normally, and was discharged.
When we got home, my mother told me that while she was unconscious, she saw a tall gentleman, who said to her, “Don’t worry, I’ll help you.” She immediately woke up. I told her, “Master helped you because you were not against Falun Dafa, so you’ve been blessed.”
My mother lived a few more years. Before she passed away, she told me that she had a vision of many family members who had passed away, including my father. She also said that she saw many people who looked gentle, kind, and happy. “They are Falun Dafa practitioners,” she said, “They are kind-hearted people.”
