(Minghui.org) I began cultivating Falun Dafa in 2010. At first, I didn’t truly understand what cultivation was and only grasped its principles superficially. I thought that being a good person wasn’t difficult—I could do that. I believed cultivation simply meant letting go of bad things to improve myself.
As soon as I finished reading Zhuan Falun for the first time, Master Li began purifying my body. I experienced diarrhea and vomiting, followed by fever and chills. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. My sister heard about my condition and brought me medicine. I knew Master was purifying my body and had already removed the root cause of my illnesses, and I just needed to endure and suffer a bit. Taking medicine would only suppress the illnesses inside my body and provide temporary relief, but they would eventually resurface. I accepted the medicine she brought but didn’t take any. Two hours after she left, my body felt normal.
All the illnesses I used to have, including restricted blood flow to the heart, chronic inflammation of the stomach lining, frozen shoulder, migraines, and gallstones have disappeared. I am now healthy and free of ailments, and haven’t taken a single pill in the past 15 years.
I run a clothing store, where I share the wonders of Dafa with my customers. I would like to share a few stories about some of my customers.
Eyesight Regained by Reciting Falun Dafa Phrases
Two women came into my shop around the 2012 Chinese New Year. One was guiding her friend, who was blind and holding a cane. The first woman helped her friend pick out clothing. I asked the blind woman about her eyesight, and she explained that she had lost it as a complication of diabetes.
I didn’t know how to introduce Dafa to her because I hadn’t been practicing for long, so I simply asked her to recite the phrases, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” I assured her that as long as she recited them with reverence and faith, miracles could happen. I also took out a Dafa amulet with these phrases and handed it to her. She initially declined to take it, but I said I wholeheartedly wanted her to have it. She eventually accepted it.
Four women entered my shop in August, and one of them asked, “Do you recognize me?” I didn’t, and felt puzzled. She pointed to another woman and said, “She’s the one who was guiding me by holding my cane.” I then remembered who she was. I was curious how she could now see. She explained that she had memorized the phrases and recited them often, and that a miracle occurred. She had come specifically to tell me what happened. The other women with her were her neighbors, to whom she had explained how her eyesight had been restored. I gave each of her neighbors a Dafa amulet.
Hepatitis B and Gynecological Conditions Healed
An elderly woman came to my store one day and bought a dress for a friend’s daughter. Unfortunately, it was too big, and she missed the exchange deadline. She returned to the store and asked for a refund, as no one could wear the dress. She felt embarrassed because it had been a long time since her purchase. I refunded her the full amount, and told her I wouldn’t take advantage of her situation. She was very happy and visited my store regularly afterward.
Her visits gave me opportunities to tell her about Dafa, its beauty, and its spread throughout the world. I also told her about the persecution and the evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and urged her to renounce the CCP. She agreed. She also acknowledged the greatness of Dafa.
About three years later, she told me that not long after she quit the CCP, she went for a routine medical checkup. The doctor told her that her hepatitis B, which had plagued her for more than 30 years, was gone. Her gynecological issue disappeared as well. She told the doctor she hadn’t taken any medication, and believed these changes were the result of her embracing Falun Dafa.
A Woman’s Miraculous Experiences With High Blood Pressure
A new customer came to my store one day to buy clothing. After making her purchases, she sat on a stool to rest. She told me her legs hurt, and that she had already had one knee replaced, but the other was stiff and painful. I explained the benefits of reciting the two phrases, and suggested she recite them. She told me she was illiterate, so she listened carefully and memorized them.
The following year, she told me about changes in her blood pressure. She said that one morning she woke up feeling too dizzy to eat breakfast. It turned out her systolic blood pressure was over 200 (normal is 120 mmHg). Her son planned to take her to the hospital after he took care of a few things. While waiting for her son, she fell asleep and dreamed that two people in white lab coats were pulling things from her head, like rotten leaves and shreds of ragged cloth. When she woke up, she felt less dizzy, so she didn’t go to the hospital.
About two months later, she returned and told me about another dream. In it, the same two people took several small objects from her head. I told her that Master must have sent them to purify her body again, clearing out the bad things inside her head. No longer dizzy, she firmly believes that Master saved her.
She often comes to my shop to sit and chat. She said she firmly believes in the greatness of Dafa. So I played Master’s lecture videos for her, one per day. She watched them all. She also quit the CCP and its affiliates, and helped her entire family do the same.
I am aware that I am not a diligent practitioner, yet Master has never given up on me. He is always by my side, encouraging me to help people benefit from Dafa. I must cultivate diligently, follow Master’s teachings, walk the path of cultivation with determination, and return home with Master.
