(Minghui.org) After I started practicing Falun Dafa in 1996, I recovered from the bronchitis and heart problem that had plagued me for many years. Since then, I have been in good health ever since and am now 60 years old. Immersed in Dafa’s grace, I am cheerful and optimistic.
My Cousin’s Cancer Disappears After He Protects a Practitioner
I have five aunts and each has several children, so I have over 10 cousins. They all knew that I was sickly since I was young. I used to suffer from bronchitis and had a hard time catching my breath. After I practiced Falun Dafa, all my illnesses disappeared, and my cousins were all happy for me. When I told them that Falun Dafa was good, they all agreed that it was. When I told them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations, they all agreed to quit.
This was especially true for my eldest cousin, Lin, who is the village Party secretary. I talked to him about Falun Dafa in the past, so he knew that Dafa was good. That year, Lin was diagnosed with lung cancer. One day, a police officer said he was going to go to his village to arrest a Falun Dafa practitioner. Lin found out about it and asked someone in his family to quickly go and tell that practitioner to hide. That practitioner thus escaped persecution.
When Lin later went for a check up, the doctor said that he was in good condition and everything seemed normal. His whole family was overjoyed. When I found out about it, I said to him, “You’ve been blessed because you protected a Falun Dafa practitioner.” His business later did well, and his son even became a bureau chief.
My Husband Wants to Practice Falun Dafa
After the CCP started to persecute Falun Dafa in 1999, my husband was misled by the CCP’s lies on TV. For two years, he beat and scolded me countless times.
He was later diagnosed with liver disease, and I looked after him in the hospital. Sometimes, I would let him listen to Master’s lectures. When he was discharged a month later, he continued taking traditional Chinese medications.
One day when he went to buy his medicine from the Chinese medicine firm, the doctor, who was also a Dafa practitioner, told him, “If you can understand your illness as a cultivator, it is not a problem at all. You should just return home and cultivate.” When he got home, my husband said to me, “I want to cultivate.” He then kept yawning. I told him, “Master is helping you eliminate bad matter.”
Not long after that, my husband recovered from his liver problem and now listens to Master’s lectures every day.
Putting My Heart Into Saving People
I have been going out to clarify the truth to people face-to-face for the past 20 years. Sometimes, I cooperate with other practitioners, and sometimes I go out on my own.
One night, I was out with another practitioner and saw an elderly couple enjoying the shade under a tree. I went over to talk to them about Falun Dafa and the persecution. The lady, who turned out to be a retired teacher, was quite receptive, but the man was not.
Just then, the other practitioner came over and asked me how it went. I said, “I could not convince the gentleman. Why don’t you give it a try?”
The other practitioner said to him, “We are here to tell you that Falun Dafa is good. This is important because Dafa is spreading all over the world and this is a great thing. Everyone needs to know about this. We are telling you this for your own good. Look at her [meaning me]. She used to suffer from bronchitis and could not catch her breath, but practicing Falun Dafa helped her recover fully. She benefited from it personally and she wants to share the benefits with you, so that you can also have a good health.”
Just then, the man suddenly thought of something and asked me, “Where did your mother work? What is her name?” When I told him, he said, “She and I worked in the same place. When you were young, she always brought you to work, because you always had bronchitis. Your name is so-and-so, right?” I replied, “Oh, I recall that. You were that tall man!”
The man observed, “I see you are now fully recovered!”
I said, “Yes, fully recovered. I have been practicing Falun Dafa for more than 20 years. I follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to be a good person, improve my moral standards, and remain healthy. The CCP persecutes Falun Dafa, and many people have died as a result. People say that Heaven can see everything people do. Having done so many terrible things, how can Heaven not punish the CCP? Quit it and not be a part of it. Let me give you a alias and use it to help you quit the CCP.” The man agreed.
One day, I saw a girl doing exercises. I walked over and said to her, “It’s good to be young. I really admire you!”
She said, “You are in good shape, too. Your face does not have wrinkles and your skin is fair.” When I told her I practiced Falun Dafa and meditated, she said, “I’ve heard that meditating regulates the blood circulation.”
I said, “Falun Dafa is a cultivation practice. We talk about kindness being rewarded and evil incurring retribution and that people need to do good and avoid doing bad.”
I asked her if she had joined the Young Pioneers and the Youth League when she was in school. She said that she had only worn the red scarf and been a Young Pioneer. I then told her, “That red scarf is stained with blood. It is not a good idea to wear it around your neck. Everyone wants good fortune, so let me give you the alias ‘Beauty’ to quit the CCP, because I hope that you will become beautiful like a flower and be happy every day.” When she thanked me, I told her to express her gratitude to Master L, because it is he who asks us practitioners to tell everyone about this.
I talk to people every day about the benefits of practicing Falun Dafa and how the CCP persecutes good people. Some people are willing to quit after listening to a few sentences, especially my classmates and friends. They all know how bad my health used to be and that I suffered from bronchitis. So when they see me so healthy now, they are amazed. When I tell them about the quitting of the CCP, they all believe me, because very few people can recover from chronic bronchitis. This is all the result of Master’s benevolence, a miracle that Dafa has created. Thank you, Master!
I want to continue to clarify the truth to people, save more lives, and be worthy of Master’s benevolent salvation.
