(Minghui.org) I have been participating in several projects to clarify the facts, including distributing informational materials, hanging banners, putting up stickers, making voice calls, using currency bills with information about Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) printed on them, writing and mailing letters, and talking to people face-to-face—including police officers, judges, detention center directors, and other people from all walks of life.
Distributing Materials in Rural Areas
For safety concerns, when we travel to rural areas to distribute materials, we do not have fellow practitioners drive us. Instead, we usually take a taxi to our destination at around 7 p.m. and return by taxi around 9 or 10 p.m. Although it is normally very difficult to get a taxi in rural areas at night, we understand that we are doing something to save people, that Master is right beside us, and that everything is arranged by Master. As a result, every time we have needed a taxi, a taxi appears as if it had come specifically to pick us up and take us home safely. We have never had to worry about how we would get back. Through these experiences, we have witnessed the power of believing in Master and the Fa.
When we’ve distributed materials, we have sometimes encountered barking dogs, questionable people, and sometimes even police cars, but under Master’s protection, we’ve had no fear.
We always look out for one another. However, on one occasion, a fellow practitioner suddenly went missing. We split up and searched everywhere but still could not find her. With no other choice, we took a taxi home and went to her house to check on her. It turned out that she had become separated from us and had gone home alone. On that trip, I did not arrive home until almost midnight.
As we distributed materials, we often recited Master’s poem in our hearts,
“Facing wind and dust all the way,singing all alongWe assist Master’s Fa-rectificationriding long distancesThe righteous thoughts can save sentient beingsHigh-spirited singing sends shock waves,causing clouds to surgeFacing wind and dust all the way,singing all alongCrossing great lakes and passing high slopesEast, West, South, and North,we spread sweet dew” (“Songs of the Tour”, Hong Yin III)
With Master’s Fa in our hearts, we have never felt tired or found anything too difficult. We have truly felt very happy.
Clarifying the Truth Face-to-Face
In recent years, I have mainly talked to people face-to-face. I divide the time I spend clarifying the truth into two parts. First, I integrate it into my daily life and try not to miss any opportunity. Second, I clarify the truth with fellow practitioners at fixed times.
I use different ways of approaching people of different social levels, ages, and circumstances. With the compassion Master has given me, maintaining righteous thoughts, and with Master’s strengthening, I can generally help people withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated youth organizations.
I once saw a man pushing a woman in a wheelchair. Approaching him I asked, “Brother, who is this person you are pushing?” He told me she was his wife. I said, “You really are a model husband. I often see women pushing men in a wheelchair, but it is rare to see a husband helping his wife.”
He explained, “My wife has had a hard life. When she was young, she endured hardships with me. Back then, in the countryside, she climbed mountains and crossed ridges for our family and children and developed all kinds of illnesses as a result. Now that she is old, she’s had a stroke, so I take her out for walks.”
“I am very touched by what you just said,” I replied. “With morality and conscience declining in today’s society, a good person like you, who does not abandon his disabled wife, is truly admirable and respectable—a rare good person in today’s society. Good people deserve to hear good information. I know something really good that I want to share with you.”
I explained the importance of withdrawing from the CCP. I also gave him several examples of how Falun Dafa has had remarkable effects in curing illnesses and improving health. The couple were very happy and agreed to withdraw from the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers.
I also told them to often recite, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and that by doing so, they would receive blessings from heaven. They repeatedly thanked me.
A Christian Finally Understood
I remember a time when a fellow practitioner and I were at a bus stop speaking to a middle-aged woman. No matter what we said, she would not withdraw from the CCP. She said she was a Christian. Seeing how stubborn she was, the two of us thought about leaving, but we really didn’t want to give up on her. Instead of leaving, I silently asked Master to save her.
I said to her, “Only good people get to hear good information. Please don’t take offense. We are not asking you to change your faith. It is very good that you believe in Jesus. Jesus is also a great divine being.” When I said this, a smile appeared on her face.
I continued, “The persecution of Falun Gong is no different from the persecution of Jesus and Christians in the past. Didn’t Nero in ancient Rome frame and persecute Christians, just as Jiang Zemin [former CCP leader] framed and persecuted Falun Gong? Good and evil receive their due. You are a person of faith, so of course you are a very moral person, someone who can distinguish right from wrong. We are telling you that withdrawing from the CCP’s organizations is for your own good. Think about it. Since you believe in the divine, how can you still belong to an atheist organization of the CCP? Once you withdraw from the CCP’s organizations, divine beings can take care of you. Otherwise, you are trying to stand in two boats at the same time. Divine beings will not be able to save you and you would only end up being buried with the CCP. Please think about whether this makes sense. I can see that you are a wise person.”
She finally understood and happily withdrew from the CCP’s affiliated organizations.
A Police Officer Agreed to Withdraw From the CCP
One day, a fellow practitioner and I saw a young man fishing by a lake. I approached him and asked, “Young man, how is your fishing going?” He told us that he wasn’t having much luck. I said, “You’re a handsome young man, and you look like a kind person. Auntie has to tell you about something good—withdrawing from the CCP for your safety. Have you heard of it?”
Instantly his face became stern, “You’re telling me this? Aren’t you afraid that I’ll arrest you?” Only then did I realize that he was a police officer.
When I noticed his expression, I smiled and said, “I’m not afraid, because I can see that you are a good young man. You wouldn’t do something that would harm others and yourself. Police officers arrest bad people. Do I look like a bad person to you? What I’m telling you is for your own good, to keep you safe. Listen to Auntie and withdraw from the CCP’s organizations.”
Because I was not fearful and continued speaking to him kindly, and because my fellow practitioner was quietly sending forth righteous thoughts beside me, clearing away any negative influences, the young man happily agreed to withdraw from the CCP. I also encouraged him to often recite, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and he said he would.
As the process of Fa-rectification advances, the evil forces are struggling desperately in their final moments. The evil has used all kinds of interference and obstruction to prevent Dafa disciples from saving sentient beings—arresting practitioners, using the media to spread defamatory propaganda, surveillance by auxiliary police, “hundred-day crackdowns,” and other campaigns under various names.
We are not intimidated. We have faced the pressure, let go of our fear, and followed Master’s requirements. We cultivate righteous thoughts and are not interfered with. Regardless of the cold winter or hot summer, our footprints traverse every street and alley throughout our region.
Going forward, I will be ever more diligent on the path of helping Mater save people!
