(Minghui.org) Police in Faku County, Liaoning Province, arrested three Falun Gong practitioners in Diaobingshan City of the same province in mid-July 2026. All three remain detained at the Shenyang City First Detention Center.
Ms. Wang Junhui and Ms. Li Ying were arrested after surveillance footage showed them visiting a post office in Faku County (about 60 miles away from Diaobingshan City) to drop off letters exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s ongoing persecution of Falun Gong. The details of the case against Ms. Guan Qiuping are unknown.
The three practitioners’ cases now rest with the Xinmin City Procuratorate. Both Xinmin City and Faku County are under the administration of Shenyang, the capital city of Liaoning Province.
Ms. Wang
Ms. Wang, a 54-year-old farmer, was home at 4:40 p.m. on July 10, 2026, when about 20 officers from five police stations in Faku County, broke in. They restrained her in the kitchen and her husband in the living room. Because no other family members were there to stop them, the police ransacked the home and confiscated Ms. Wang’s Falun Gong books, computer, printer, and other valuables. No list of confiscated items was issued as required by law.
Ms. Wang was given criminal detention at the Shenyang City First Detention Center.
Ms. Li
Ms. Li Ying, 48, graduated from the Chaoyang Nursing School. Local residents say she is a caring daughter-in-law.
Over ten officers from Faku County broke into her home after 4 p.m. on July 15, 2026, and arrested her. They also demanded to know her husband’s phone number.
The police returned the following afternoon to raid Ms. Li’s home. They confiscated her Falun Gong books and other valuables. They also gave her husband a copy of her criminal detention notice. She is now held at the Shenyang City First Detention Center.
Ms. Guan
Ms. Guan Qiuping, 58 and a traditional Chinese Medicine doctor, was arrested in mid-July 2026 (exact time unknown). She was sent to the Shenyang City First Detention Center. Her car was also impounded.
