1. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Ms. Ma Shaoli Facing Trial
Ms. Ma Shaoli, a retired teacher, was arrested on May 8, 2026, and has been detained in the Linxi City Detention Center ever since. Her case was recently submitted to the local court.
2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Guixiang Facing Indictment
Ms. Li Guixiang, 74, was arrested at home on May 13, 2026, and has been held in the Changchun City Second Detention Center ever since. She is facing indictment.
3. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Bian Dongna and Ms. Xiu Xiaoxue Facing Trial
Ms. Bian Dongna and Ms. Xiu Xiaoxue were arrested on May 15, 2026, and have been held in the Yingkou City Detention Center ever since. Ms. Bian was scheduled to stand trial in the Zhanqian District Court on September 14, 2026, but the session was later cancelled.
4. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Song Shuwen Tried
Ms. Song Shuwen, 75, was sentenced to four years in prison and fined 16,000 yuan by the Dongzhou District Court on May 21, 2026. She appealed with the Fushun City Intermediate Court, which held a hearing in the Fushun City Detention Center on September 7, 2026.
5. [Longyao County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Xiaoli Arrested
Ms. Li Xiaoli was arrested on August 31, 2026. Her home was ransacked.
6. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Shujun Harassed
Ms. Wang Shujun was summoned to the Dahuoquan Police Station several times in August 2026. The deputy chief ordered her to renounce Falun Gong and verbally abuse the founder of Falun Gong. She refused to comply.
7. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Huang Xiaokui Tried in Court
Ms. Huang Xiaokui, 58, was arrested by officers from the Linhe Police Station on March 18, 2026, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. She was tried in the Haizhu District Court on September 4, 2026.
8. [Chongqing] Ms. Yang Fangqun Arrested
Ms. Yang Fangqun was reported to the police for using the currency bills with Falun Gong information printed on them to buy vegetables on August 11, 2026. She was arrested at home the next day by officers from the Xiannv Town Police Station and the Wulong District Police Department. Her home was ransacked, and her Falun Gong books were confiscated.
Ms. Yang was handcuffed and shackled while the police interrogated her. After over 20 hours, her high blood pressure was dangerously high, and she was having heart palpitations. Only then—and after she paid a 5,000-yuan bond—did the police release her on bail.
9. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Six Practitioners Arrested or Harassed
Ms. Jin Yue and Ms. Li Wenjun were arrested by Dulin Police Station officers and taken to the Cangzhou County Police Department on September 9, 2026.
The police also harassed Ms. Pang Huixia and Ms. Zhang Junying. They confiscated the photo of Falun Gong’s founder from Ms. Zhang’s home.
Ms. Shi Rui was taken to the Wangjiapu Township Police Station that same day and interrogated for four hours.
Ms. Liu Zaiyun was arrested at home on the evening of September 9. She was injured during the arrest and taken to a hospital.
10. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Kong Xiaoxiao and Ms. Kong Mimi Arrested
Ms. Kong Xiaoxiao and her sister, Ms. Kong Mimi, both in their 50s, were arrested on September 9, 2026. Their homes were ransacked.
11. [Qianxi County, Hebei Province] Mr. Chuai Zhiwu Harassed
Mr. Chuai Zhiwu was harassed in his shop by two Jinchangyu Police Station officers on September 2, 2026. They photographed him against his will.
12. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Hou Dongliang Harassed
Mr. Hou Dongliang was harassed at home by officers from the Jindao Police Station on the evening of September 7, 2026. He refused to let them in. The police also harassed both of his parents over the next two days and took photos of them.
13. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Gao Yuxiang Arrested
Ms. Gao Yuxiang, around 70, was arrested by Chaoyang Police Station officers on September 8, 2026.
14. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Fengying Detained
Ms. Liu Fengying was arrested by Yanshun Road Police Station officers on August 28, 2026, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked, and she was detained for 15 days.
15. [Chicheng County, Hebei Province] Ms. Ai Zixiang Arrested
Ms. Ai Zixiang was arrested at home on September 2, 2026, by officers from the Chicheng County Police Department. She was interrogated in the police department while tied to a tiger bench. She was released later that day.
