Recently, the spokesperson of China's Foreign Affairs Ministry made an attempt to connect Falun Gong to "anthrax-tainted" mail, only to hastily retract it inconclusively due to the attempt's obvious ludicrousness. This caused me to think more about the "self-immolation" incident in Tiananmen Square last January.

We were very happy when we heard about the successful registration of the Austrian Falun Dafa Association. There is now one more source of shining light in Europe. The founding of every Falun Dafa association is a milestone in the Fa rectification process. Let us further strengthen the connection among practitioners in Europe and hasten our steps in Fa-rectification. Let the pure Buddha light illuminate every corner of Europe.
A UK-China Human Rights dialogue is scheduled to be held in London in November. The need for and the effectiveness of the dialogue process were subjected to much scrutiny by the UK Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee about a year ago.
