Falun Gong practitioners from all over the world are fighting [peacefully] against the regime in China -- and to be understood for the movements' ideology. In the library in Motala there is an exhibition that tells about the method which has some 100 millions practitioners around the world.
"The Chinese government is spreading one-sided propaganda about Falun Gong. But we want to [clarify] the truth because we feel the positive effects by Falun Gong. We feel really well, both physically and mentally," says Martin Hellqvist.

"...we also have a book that we read and frequently go back to. Falun Gong is a profound teaching, a method to reach enlightenment," says Martin Hellqvist.
Truthfulness, Compassion and [Forbearance] is the essence in the teaching.
[...] The movement has gained attention in the media, mostly because of the persecutions, which the adherents have been subjected to by the Chinese government.
"The regime in China says it is a [slanderous term omitted], but that is totally wrong. We cherish life," Martin Hellqvist empathizes.
The assaults in China have met with reaction from all over the world. In Sweden manifestations has been held outside of China's Embassy in Stockholm and outside the Chinese consulate in G teborg as late as this Monday.
Every year demonstrations are arranged for Falun Gong and the human rights outside the UN-building in Geneva.
"I have participated two times, along with thousands of participants from all over the world. For example, we do candle lights demonstrations were we sit silently and still," says Martin Hellqvist, who even participated in a seven daylong march from Falun to Stockholm this summer.
Another part in the campaign against the [persecution] is the exhibition, which is shown in the library in Motala.
"We will not give up until [the regime in China] stops persecuting the Falun Gong-practitioners," says Martin Hellqvist.
