Upon hearing the news about Jiang's new order to "kill them without pardon," nearly 30 Chicago Dafa practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate to send forth righteous thoughts, practice the exercises and hand out Dafa literature from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on March 7, 2002.
