During March and April 2002, when the Jiutai City Labor Camp in Jilin Province intensified the "reform" of Dafa practitioners, determined and unyielding Dafa practitioner Sun Shizhong was brutally beaten to death. Only a few criminals such as Zhang Zuohai were sentenced as scapegoats for the crime. Through further investigation it was discovered that the real murderer who instigated this crime is policeman Gao Ke from the "education team" in Jiutai City Labor Camp.

Since July 1999, Jiang Zemin's regime has applied state terrorism in its genocide of Falun Gong practitioners. Jiang Zemin's official policy is "Destroy their reputation, bankrupt them financially, and annihilate them physically." This has resulted in millions of Falun Gong practitioners being unlawfully persecuted to various extents and degrees, including the deaths of at least 692 practitioners.
NEW YORK (FDI) -- After more than 3 years of torture and abuse, 65 year-old Mr. Quanfu Zhang was beaten to death in a Chinese forced-labor camp. His son, Qifa Zhang, died 16 days later from sustained torture in the same labor camp.
