Falun Gong practitioners from 20 European countries, including England, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Czech, Slovakia, Romania, and Latvia, attended the conference.
