His left ear was injured when Shuangchengbao Town Police Station deputy director Zhang Zhengpeng and officer Wang Ping opened fire on him. (Clearwisdom.net) On December 1, 2011, Weihai City practitioner Mr. Liu Shengzhu went to Wendeng City to visit his mother-in-law, who was hospitalized at the time. He was reported while speaking with people about Falun Gong. He was arrested by two officers from the Zhangjiachan Police Station on his way home. He is being held at the Wendeng Detention Center.
