(Clearwisdom.net) The Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province has been persecuting Falun Gong practitioners to try to “transform” them. Since October 20, 2010, the labor camp has been using a so-called “re-education evaluation test” to slander Falun Dafa, forcing practitioners to slander Dafa and its founder, Mr. Li Hongzhi. Those practitioners refusing to cooperate were taken to what is referred to as the East Tower Building to undergo the “stretching torture” and forced drug injections. More than ten practitioners were subjected to this type of torture method.
Torture re-enactment: “stretching torture”
Practitioners from the Masanjia camp refused to cooperate with the guards. The guards took these practitioners to the East Tower to conduct the “stretching torture” on them. At the same time, they used electric batons to shock and strike the practitioners' faces, heads and bodies. Sometimes, when practitioners reached their limit while being stretched, guards would sit on the bed to watch and slander Dafa and Master. At the same time, they forced victims to wear earphones to listen to slanderous materials. Sometimes they cuffed one of the victim's hands at the very bottom of the metal bed. They stretched the other hand as high as they could, cuffing it to the opposite end of another metal bed. Many practitioners suffered this kind of torture, including Liu Ronghua, Lu Liping, Du Yuhong, Ren Changxue, Li Yajing, Zhu Xuemin, Miao Fenglan, Yang Yufan, Yu Jie, Li Sumei and others.
In addition, the guards injected practitioners with harmful drugs. They called it a “transforming” injection, which destroys the victim's central nervous system. Practitioners Wan Xiaohui and Du Yuhong were injected this way. After the injection, the victims felt numb and were unable to think clearly.

Practitioner Ms. Wan Xiaohui was also tortured. It was quite common for her to be slapped and forced to squat. The guards pushed on her eyeballs and used wooden mallets to hit her in the face. Her head was covered with blisters and her face was bruised. She was tortured with the “stretching bed” for three days. She was not allowed to eat lunch or use the bathroom. Ms. Wan held a hunger strike to protest her torture. On the second day, she was punished for her peaceful appeal by force-feeding. They inserted a sharp tool into her mouth to keep her mouth open and force-fed her with dense salty water and flour paste. The tool caused her mouth to bleed. On the third day, the male guards tortured her even more severely. They tried to shove the sharp tool back into her mouth. Two such tools were broken by the guards in the process, however, so they were not able to force-feed her. Ms. Wan passed out at that point. After she woke up, she spit out blood and her teeth were loose. She was persecuted by the guards almost every day for 17 days in the East Tower.

Zhang Huan and Zhang Zuohui, who were the team leaders of Team No. 3 of the Masanjia Labor Camp, also joined the persecution. In mid-May 2010, Zhang Huan and Zhang Zuohui took practitioner Ms. Liang Yu to the East Tower for one week of torture. They used electric batons and other torture methods. At that time, the weather was still cold, especially at night. Ms. Liang was only allowed to wear a single layer of clothes and thin shoes. The guards would not even allow her to wear a sweater or the thick pair of shoes given to her by other practitioners. In fact, these items disappeared at one point. When a practitioner asked a guard what had happened to the clothes and shoes, the guard replied: “I wondered who provided those things. I was going to punish her.”
In the past several years, the guards in the Masanjia Labor Camp have used the most vile tactics to torture practitioners, who are kind people who follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. To reach their goal of “transforming” practitioners, the guards force them to write a “Falun Gong Q&A” which slanders Master and Dafa. The government of Liaoning Province also participates in this persecution.
