On February 18, 2011, Ms. Zou was arrested by officers from the Dalu Town Police Station in Daozhen County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, for speaking with people about Falun Gong while visiting her hometown in Daozhen County. She was held at the Daozhen County Detention Center.
