Solemn Declaration

I was illegally arrested and taken to a detention center by officers from the local police station in early 2002. I was sentenced to a year of forced labor. Due to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution, I was “transformed,” and I turned against the practice. I wrote the three statements and the thought report twice [a report in which a person writes about his or her understanding of Falun Dafa]. I betrayed Master [Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa] and Falun Dafa. I deeply regret what I have done, and for letting down Master.

I hereby solemnly declare that the three statements and thought reports I wrote, and everything I said and did that betrayed Master and Dafa, are null and void. I will completely negate the old forces' arrangements and make up for the losses I have caused Falun Dafa. I will catch up with the progress of the Fa-rectification, and firmly cultivate in Falun Dafa to the end. I will do the three things diligently, to study the Fa, do the exercises well, save more sentient beings, and return home with Master.

Solemn Declaration

I was arrested at a fellow practitioner's home in mid-June 2013, while studying the Fa. I was interrogated twice while being held at the police station. The officers coerced me into telling them why I was at the practitioner's home. Because I did not realize the vicious intent by the police, and forgot Master's teachings about not cooperating with the persecutors, I answered loudly, “I went there to study the Fa.”

I now realize that the answer was used by the evil as an excuse to persecute fellow practitioners, and I feel very sorry and regretful. I understand that I did not recognize their vicious nature, and I had not studied and understood the Fa well. I am very sorry for the losses I have caused to my fellow practitioners, and for disregarding Master's mercy.

I hereby solemnly declare that everything I said and did due to the evil's inducement is null and void. I will cultivate again in Falun Dafa, let go of my attachments, believe in Master and Dafa, rectify my every word and action, firmly cultivate, and do the three things well. I will help fellow practitioners by strengthening their righteous thoughts to break out of the evil den.
