(Minghui.org) “I like these paintings very much. The painters are great artists. I have visited China, and I thought China was developed. But I did not know about the persecution of Falun Gong or the live organ harvesting taking place there,” said a gentleman from Egypt after viewing the Art of Zhen, Shan, Ren International Exhibition held in Kiev, Ukraine, from August 1 to 20, 2014.
A couple from Egypt viewing the paintings
The man and his wife listened as a guide talked about a painting depicting the Chinese Communist Party's live organ harvesting and were shocked. The man exclaimed, “It's true! There was an advertisement about Chinese organ transplants on a website in Egypt. It promoted organs from China and claimed suitable donors would be found within a very short time.”
His wife Diana said, “These paintings reveal shocking events. We have not paid attention to the issues in China. It seems so far away. What we see and hear today are unexpected, but we do not doubt that they are occurring in China. Unfortunately, due to the communist propaganda, many people still think China is a happy place.
"This exhibition shows us the true China. The brutal communist regime persecutes people, and many have died for their beliefs. Knowing the current issues in China, we can continue to pay attention to how they develop. We hope that the persecution of Falun Gong can be stopped as soon as possible and that China can become a free country.”
