(Minghui.org) The Global Service Center for Quitting the Party in Brisbane held events in Chinatown and Sunnybank on May 2 and 3 to support the 200 million Chinese who have withdrawn from the communist party.
Volunteers from the center held banners end to end to create a “great wall” of truth, spelling out the crimes that the Chinese Communist Party has committed, especially in the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Passersby, including many Chinese tourists, took note. People took pictures and videos. Many drivers honked to express their support.
The movement to quit the CCP began with the publishing of the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Partyin 2004 and has increased steadily ever since. In April 2014, the number reached 200 million, according to the Epoch Times website, which registers resignations and keeps count.
The volunteers from the service center also passed out materials, and collected signatures calling for an end to the state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Many citizens signed the petition, condemning the persecution.

Mary, the Brisbane service center contact person, said that the goal of the events is three-fold: to inform Western society about the trend to quit the Party, to support the brave Chinese who have quit, and to encourage more to quit.
