(Minghui.org) I had a dream in which a prison guard ordered me to write a guarantee statement promising not to practice Falun Gong any more.
I pushed the blank sheet of paper back to her and said sternly, “You should be the one writing a statement promising to stop participating in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Do you know that I am suing Jiang Zemin? I am the plaintiff! Do you want to be another defendant on my complaint?”
I woke up at that point, when she appeared to be at a loss for words.
I was inspired by what I said in my dream, as I had never thought of Falun Gong practitioners as plaintiffs in lawsuits against Jiang, the chief culprit who single-handedly launched the attack on the peaceful self-improving practice of mind and body.
I began to tell people that Jiang is being sued by practitioners and found that even the most stubborn person was receptive to hearing about it.
As more and more practitioners are filing criminal complaints against Jiang, I'd like to suggest that we submit our complaints to Minghui for publication in the section called prosecuting Jiang Zemin. This way, practitioners in China can download such complaints as part of our truth-clarification materials.
Background
Jiang Zemin single-handedly started the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999. Despite the disagreement of the other Politburo standing committee members, he took advantage of his then position as head of the Chinese Communist Party and imposed his personal will to launch the persecution.
The persecution has led to the deaths of many Falun Gong practitioners in the past 16 years. More have been tortured and even killed for their organs. Jiang Zemin and company are directly responsible for the inception and continuation of the persecution.
Under his personal direction, the Chinese Communist Party established a Party based security organ, the 610 Office, on June 10, 1999. It is an extralegal organization that overrides the law to execute Jiang's policy regarding Falun Gong: ruin their reputations, cut off their financial resources, and eliminate them physically.
Chinese law allows for citizens to be plaintiffs in criminal cases, and many practitioners are now exercising their legal right to file criminal complaints against Jiang.
