(Minghui.org) “I really respect Falun Gong. You guys are brave and peaceful,” Mr. Xu said at a Falun Gong event in Sydney on June 14, 2015. “I support the lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. He should be brought to justice.”
The event was held in Ashfield, Sydney, where many immigrants from Shanghai live. Falun Gong practitioners wanted to tell them about the recent trend in China of filing lawsuits against former Chinese Communist Party head Jiang Zemin for initiating and directing the persecution of Falun Gong.

Mr. Xu, a former college teacher in Shanghai, stopped by the event on his way home from church and talked to several practitioners for a long time.
“Falun Gong is great. Mr. Li Hongzhi (the founder of Falun Dafa) and practitioners are peaceful, good people,” he said “I know many practitioners. They all have big hearts. It is ridiculous for the Communist Party to persecute such good people. The Party is made up of a bunch of bandits, always out to deceive their own people.”
Mr. Xu commented on Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. “That is a great book. It thoroughly explains the corrupt nature of the Party. It's a pity that some people are still deceived by it.
“Chinese people who live outside of China are lucky, because we have Falun Gong and the Epoch Times newspaper, which tells us the truth. The Party has spent a lot of money to put out their own newspapers in the West, but they are nonsense and a waste of the taxpayers' money.
“I really respect Falun Gong. It's not been easy for practitioners. For so many years they have tried their best to tell the public what Falun Gong really is and how brutal the persecution is.
“I heard about the lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. He should be sentenced to death. Many people from Shanghai dislike him. The whole Party is evil, and I believe that it is about to fall,” Mr. Xu said.
Another Shanghai immigrant also expressed his support in no uncertain terms: “We all admire your spirit. What you do is so positive. I've heard about the movement to quit the Party. It's a great thing for China. I never believed in the Party and refused to let it control me. My friends and I believe the Party's end is near. I thank you for what you have done for China. Great job!”
In three hours, 40 Chinese people agreed to quit the Party with practitioners' help.
Ms. Man, a practitioner at the event, said to a Minghui correspondent, “Many people were happy to see us here. They were willing to quit the Party and thought it should be weeded out of China.”
