(Minghui.org) From September 13 to 16, more than 3,000 doctors, including over 100 from China, gathered in Brussels for the 17th Congress of the European Society for Organ Transplantation. Falun Gong practitioners took the opportunity to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) forced organ harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience in front of the European Parliament, where many conference attendees were visiting.
“As doctors, our primary duty is to save lives, but not kill one person to save another. Organ transplantation cannot be done without consent,” remarked a doctor from Congo after seeing Falun Gong practitioners' banners exposing the CCP's organ harvesting atrocities. “This issue is horrible. I will learn more about it online.”
Falun Gong practitioners also spoke with Chinese doctors, asking them to not become involved in the forced organ harvesting but rather to help expose anything they knew about such crimes. They also reached out to EU government workers and passers-by, talking to them about what is taking place in China.

A doctor from Pakistan said after seeing the information on the CCP's live organ harvesting, “I assure you that I will pay attention to the issue. It [forced organ harvesting] is unacceptable.”
A doctor from Switzerland told a practitioner, “You should spread this information online so as to have more doctors know about the crimes occurring in China.”
Several other doctors indicated that they would tell their colleagues about what is happening in China in order to help stop the organ harvesting atrocities.
