(Minghui.org) We are usually able to discern damage and interference coming from the evil, but the same from other practitioners is not detected as easily.
The time remaining for us to save people during Fa rectification is very limited. So it's a serious problem when practitioners interfere with other practitioners and waste their precious time.
We are all practitioners, so naturally we study the Fa and clarify the truth together. Gradually, we become good friends with each other and are able to share a lot of things together. It starts with going to other practitioners when there are problems in cultivation and tests that we can't pass easily. But gradually, we go to other practitioners with our problems with ordinary people.
Other practitioners may feel that there is something wrong with this situation. Unable to realize that this is indeed another form of interference, they feel that they should be kind and look within.
The problem is, they look within based on personal cultivation, and not cultivation during Fa rectification. This results in a waste of the precious time that Master has set aside for us after immeasurable sacrifice.
It is correct that nothing is incidental and that we need to look within. Nonetheless, relationships between practitioners should be based on the Fa. The trust between practitioners must be based on us being responsible for the Fa and other practitioners.
We must ask ourselves if we still have subtle attachments that we need to let go of. Taking up other practitioners' time is taking up resources of Dafa, and that is a serious problem. We must look within based on cultivation during Fa rectification, and not merely personal cultivation.
Master says,
“Whenever a tribulation comes, you do not see it with the side of your original nature but view it completely with your human side. Evil demons then capitalize on this point and inflict endless interference and damage, leaving students in long-term tribulations. As a matter of fact, this results from an inadequate understanding of the Fa by your human side. You have humanly restrained your divine side; in other words, you have restrained the parts that have been successfully cultivated and have prevented them from doing Fa-rectification. How can the uncultivated side restrain your main thoughts or the side that has already attained the Fa? Having humanly fostered the evil demons, you allow them to capitalize on the loopholes in the Fa. When a tribulation arrives, if you, a disciple, can truly maintain an unshakable calm or be determined to meet different requirements at different levels, this should be sufficient for you to pass the test. If it continues endlessly and if there do not exist other problems in your xinxing or conduct, it must be that the evil demons are capitalizing on the weak spots caused by your lack of control. After all, a cultivator is not an ordinary human. So why doesn’t the side of you that is your original nature rectify the Fa?” – from “Expounding” the Fa in Essentials for Further Advancement
As the end of Fa rectification approaches, the interference and attacks from the evil have become extremely subtle.
They use low-level spirits to slowly drain our steadfast belief and put us in a state of passiveness. They exploit practitioners' attachments or lack of understanding of the Fa to waste our time and stir up our human notions. They can also open up gaps within a group of practitioners and attack us from there.
We need to have a clear understanding of the various forms of interference. Anything that interferes with our cultivation and saving people must be eliminated by our righteous thoughts.
By now we should be mature enough to notice and be alert of anything that can wear down our will. If not, the evil will abuse the practitioners' kindness and create all kinds of interference to stop us from saving people.
