(Minghui.org) I, like many other Falun Dafa practitioners, have witnessed many miraculous events. I encountered one in March 2015.
I went out on an electric tricycle one afternoon. A truck traveling fast behind me hit me, knocking my tricycle over and throwing me to the ground. The truck did not stop for more than 30 meters.
I was lying on the ground, on my stomach, and it felt like my leg was bleeding, as my pants felt sticky. Nonetheless, I thought, “I am a Falun Dafa practitioner and I should be fine,” so I stood up.
A middle-aged man and a young man got out of the truck and walked toward me. The middle-aged man took some money out of his wallet and handed it to me, “We are sorry for the accident. Here is some money, please go to find a doctor to get checked out.”
“No, thanks. I am fine,” I said.
He then offered to repair my tricycle. Again, I declined and thanked him.
They were somewhat confused, because people normally extort money from each other after this type of accident in China. I explained that I was a Falun Dafa practitioner, and said, “Through meditation and following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, I am healthy and always willing to help others. I am fine, really.”
I thought the men may have held misunderstandings about Falun Dafa due to the 18 years of propaganda during the persecution. So I explained, starting with some of my personal experiences. I reminded them about how the Communist Party has mistreated good people in the past, and told them that practitioners were suffering because they have a righteous belief.
I told them that people's futures are at risk if they blindly follow the Chinese Communist Party in persecuting innocent people. I suggested that they quit the Party and its affiliated organizations, and both agreed. They thanked me and left.
After I got home, I noticed that my left arm was purplish and had a big bump. My left leg also had scratches, and my sweater was torn open. Despite these injuries, I did not have any pain or bleeding. I knew that Master had protected me, and in tears I thanked Master very much.
