(Minghui.org) I felt the urgency to talk to more people about Falun Dafa ever since I read the lecture “Teaching at the 2016 New York Fa Conference” by Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa. I decided to talk to people in rural areas.
Making a Difference
I approached a man spraying crops and started to talk about Dafa. He said that he had already quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and was wondering if it really made a difference.
I told him that the CCP tortured and killed many practitioners. They also harvested and transplanted organs from living practitioners for illicit profits. The CCP is responsible for this unpardonable crime and will be eliminated. I said that, if he were a member of the CCP, he, too, would be in danger.
He understood why quitting the CCP made a difference and was thankful. He told me not to go out on my own or stay out late.
Warning Understood
I asked for directions from a middle-aged man who seemed to recognize me as a practitioner.
He said, “You should take the main road, straight ahead. You’ll see it.”
I knew what his concern was. The crops along this road were at least as tall as a person. He knew it was not safe for a woman to be out alone.
I thanked him and told him that he would be rewarded for his kindness. I gave him a Dafa flier, which he accepted.
Understanding that the CCP Commits Crimes
When I mentioned Falun Dafa to an elderly lady, she said that Dafa was involved in politics and against the CCP. She told me the CCP was good and that many of her family members were high-ranking officials.
Instead of moving on, I said that the CCP harvested and sold organs from living practitioners for profit. She believed me and said, “I have lived a long time. I know about the many bad things the CCP has done. May I have your fliers to show to my family? I want them to learn the truth, too.”
When we met up again, she treated me like a member of her family. She warned me to be careful whenever I went out.
Practitioners Should Be Thanked
I met a lady with a bike and we began to chat. She was cautious, but became friendly once I mentioned Dafa.
She told me that it fate for us to meet, that she usually took a bus or a taxi instead of riding a bike.
I spoke to her about Dafa, and she said that she understood everything clearly.
I said, “Some people want to report us to the police.”
“You have been helping people understand the facts about the persecution,” she said. “You should be thanked.”
When we parted ways she told me to be be careful.
