(Minghui.org) Police officers in Beijing's Fengtai District ransacked the homes of two Falun Gong practitioners in the early morning on May 13, 2017. They arrested six practitioners without providing a reason.
Nine police officers, three in uniform, knocked on practitioner Mr. Fu Liansheng's door at 5 a.m. on May 13, 2017. They ransacked his home without showing a warrant or other documents to justify their search. They confiscated a printer, desktop computer, notebook computer, Falun Gong books, and a picture of Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong. They arrested Mr. Fu, his wife Ms. Li Shuyun, and his son Mr. Fu Yujie and took them to the police station. They transferred all three to the Fengtai Detention Center the next day.
Fifteen officers from the Chengshousi Police Station went to Ms. Zuo Yan's home and arrested her and her father Mr. Zuo Haiqian. They ransacked their home and confiscated a computer, printer, and Falun Gong informational materials.
Practitioner Liu Shuying was reportedly arrested that day also.
